Abstract
Universitas Ciputra (UC) saat ini sedang melakukan
pembangunan penambahan fasilitas baru yaitu pengembangan
tahap 4 berupa gedung dengan jumlah lantai 23 setinggi 101
meter. Hal ini tidak hanya mengubah tata guna lahan di wilayah
UC namun juga merubah sistem drainase yang mengalirkan
limpasan air hujan menuju ke saluran outlet. Dengan perkiraan
banyaknya limpasan air hujan yang dibuang ke outlet akan
berpotensi banjir di kawasan UC. Untuk itu dibutuhkan kolam
tampung untuk menampung limpasan air hujan sementara agar
tidak membebani kapasitas saluran drainase luar kawasan UC.
Selain merencanakan kolam tampung, diperlukan fasilitas
drainase lainnya seperti pintu air dan pompa yang digunakan
untuk mengontrol berapa debit limpasan yang dibuang ke saluran
outlet serta mengalirkan limpasan jika tidak mampu mengalir
secara gravitasi.
Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan drainase
pada catchment area pengembangan tahap 4 yang kemudian
diteruskan dengan mengevaluasi saluran eksisting UC untuk
mengetahui apakah saluran eksisting mampu menampung
limpasan debit dari pembangunan tahap 4. Kemudian dari hasil
evaluasi saluran eksisting menghasikan debit yang akan masuk ke
kolam tampung. Selain itu untuk mengetahui apakah saluran luar
kawasan mampu menampung debit tambahan dari kolam
tampungiv
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan debit banjir
rencana dengan penambahan pengembangan tahap 4 adalah
0,176 m3/s. Kolam tampung yang direncanakan berdiamensi
15mx10mx2,5m dengan tinggi jagaan 0,3m hanya mampu
menampung volume maksimal 330m3, sedangkan volume
limpasan yang harus ditampung mencapai 614 m3. Dengan
menggunakan debit rasional didapat debit maksimal sebesar 0,66
m3/s. Fasilitas drainase yang disediakan adalah pintu air dengan
lebar pintu 0,2m dengan tinggi bukaan pintu 0,28 meter,
sehingga direncanakan tinggi pintu 0,3meter dengan debit luaran
rencana 0,1 m3/s. Elevasi pintu +22.70. Terdapat 3 saluran
outlet yang menuju ke saluran luar kawasan. Debit yang terjadi
tidak mampu ditampung oleh saluran yang hanya berdiamater
0,6m, sehingga direncanakan dimensi baru yaitu 2x2 meter

University of Ciputra (UC) is currently undertaking the
construction of new facility namely the 4th stage development in
the form of building with a total of 23 floors and 101 meters high.
It is not just a change of land use in the area of UC but also alter
the drainage system that drains rainwater runoff towards the
outlet channel. With an estimated huge amount of rainwater
runoff discharged into the outlet, the UC area will be potentially
flooding. Based on that condition, it is required to build a
temporary pond to accommodate the water runoff so that it is not
overload the capacity of the drainage channel outside the region
UC. In addition to planning a temporary pond, the necessary
drainage facilities such as floodgates and pumps used to control
how the runoff discharged into the outlet channel and to drain the
runoff if it is not able to flow by gravity.
This final project is planning the drainage system in the
area of the 4th stage development which is then continued by
evaluate the existing channel of UC to determine whether the
existing channel is able to accommodate the runoff discharge
from the 4th stage development building. Then the evaluation of
the existing channel will generate the amount of discharge that
going into the pond. In addition to knowing whether the channel
outside the area is able to accommodate the additional discharge
from the pond.
Based on the calculation, the result of the flood discharge
with the addition of the 4th stage development is 0.176 m3 / s. Thevi
planned size of the pond is 15 m x 10 m x 2,5 m with 0.3 m
surveillance can only accommodate a maximum volume of 330
m
3, while the volume of runoff that must be accommodated is up
to 614 m3. By using rational discharge then obtained maximum
discharge of 0.66 m3 / s. Drainage facilities provided are the
floodgates with a width of 0.2 m with 0.28 meters high doors
opening, so the door planned to be 0,3 m height with discharge
0.1 m3 / s. The door elevation is on +22.70. There are 3 channels
leading to the outside of the UC region. The actual discharge was
not able to be accommodated by the channel which is only 0,6 m
in diameter, so that it is necessary to plan new dimension is 2 x 2
meters
