Abstract
Madura memiliki potensi kekayaan alam yang sangat berlimpah dari berbagai sektor, khususnya pada sektor kemaritiman. Namun pada kenyataannya sampai saat ini potensi yang ada tersebut belum dikembangkan dengan maksimal. Dengan berdirinya Jembatan Suramadu sepanjang 5,5 km telah merubah kondisi perekonomian Madura. Semua kegiatan sekarang menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah, sehingga waktu yang ada bisa digunakan sebaik mungkin. Namun dengan berdirinya Jembatan Suramadu tersebut membawa berbagai dampak terhadap banyak pihak serta keberadaan kapal feri sebagai kapal penyeberangan Surabaya – Madura tidak lagi utama. Sebagai contohnya pihak penyeberangan harus merelakan potensi yang telah ada yaitu penyeberangan kapal ferry Surabaya – Madura menjadi kurang diminati. Secara tidak langsung pendapatan pihak penyeberangan menjadi berkurang. Permasalahan seperti itu harus segera diatasi agar Jembatan Suramadu yang telah berdiri kokoh tidak menimbulkan kontroversi lagi. Oleh karena itu, timbul satu ide untuk mengalih fungsikan kapal feri penyeberangan Surabaya Madura menjadi restoran terapung. Rute restoran terapung ini adalah wilayah sekitar jembatan Suramadu di karenakan view pemandangan di sekitar jembatan Suramadu menarik untuk di nikmati. Dan juga pada kenyataannya masyarakat Madura haus akan tempat wisata

dengan konsep baru. Apalagi dilihat dari segi kuliner, jika dipadukan antara masakan khas Surabaya dan Madura memiliki cita rasa yang khas serta nilai jual yang luar biasa. Secara keseluruhan Konseptual desain dari tinjauan ekonomis ini adalah perhitungan biaya redesain kapal feri menjadi restoran terapung. Biaya tersebut meliputi biaya desain, biaya renovasi, biaya peralatan masak, pembelian peralatan restoran, dan safety equipment. Dan juga perhitungan keuntungan kapal feri sebelum dan sesudah diredesain. Termasuk juga perhitungan nilai ekonomis yang meliputi nilai investasi dan Payback Period yaitu menghitung pembayaran kembali

Madura has the potential of natural resources were abundant from various sectors, especially in the maritime sector. But in fact until now the existing potentials are not yet developed to the maximum. With the establishment of Suramadu along 5.5 km has changed economic conditions in Madura. Now All activity is faster and easier, so the time may be used as best as possible. However, with the establishment of the Suramadu bridge brings various impacts on many side and the existence of the ferry crossing Surabaya - Madura is no longer the primary. For example, the crossing must give up the existing potential is ferry crossing Surabaya - Madura became less desirable. Indirectly revenue of crossing is reduced. The problems must be overcome in order Suramadu bridge has stood firm does not cause controversy again. Therefore, there is an idea to modified existing ferry boat crossing Surabaya - Madura to become floating restaurant type of vessel. The route of floating restaurant is in around of Suramadu bridge because the view around Suramadu bridge is very exciting to be enjoyed. And also the fact that the Madurese community expect for tourist destination with a new concept. Moreover from culinary, if combined the traditional food between Surabaya and Madura has a taste flavor and extraordinary of value.

Overall the conceptual design of economical observation are costing redesign fees of the ferry into a floating restaurant. The fee covers the cost of design, renovation costs, the cost of cookware, the purchase of restaurant equipment, and safety equipment. And also calculation of benefits ferries before and after redesign. It also the calculation of economic value includes the value of the investment and the payback period is to calculate the payback
