Abstract

Archipelagic logistics activity is requiring support from Traditional Shipping , according to the conditions and the depth of the port facilities of small islands. Due to the important role of Traditional Shipping, it is necessary to improve the performance of it especially in the non-physical solutions. This study will assess performance improvements focusing on goods servicing. Goods servicing has risks arising from the processing of documents and the amount of time goods delivery service activities goods because the process is still done traditionaly. Architecture design includes designing ITS Organization Architecture, Functions Architecture, Communications, and Physical required for determining Solution Architecture Frameworks. Cost-benefit analysis used to determine the magnitude of the benefit obtained by the design of ITS Architecture. The results of this final project mentioned that the cutting process of data interchange can reduce losses due to risks. Benefit-cost ratios derived from the chosen solution is 146. The sensitivity analysis is used to determine the susceptibility of these solutions based on the cost of electricity and the internet, it is known that the chosen solution had a ratio of 0 when the electricity cost is Rp 954 099 197, - per year and internet cost Rp 1,904,443,543, - per year.
