Abstract
rupiah. Prosentase perbandingan harga untuk jasa logistik (pesawat) sebesar 0,84%, jasa logistik (pesawat dan sewa truk) sebesar -2,39%, sewa kapal sebesar 275,37% dan sewa pesawat sebesar 147,53%

Grouper is one of the main export commodities from Indonesia to Hong Kong. Aquaculture productivity increase every year, because there are still many illegal fishing regardless the bad effect for the environment. The price of the living grouper is quite expensive, besides because of its low productivity, means of transportation and packaging that are used also affect the quality and the price of living grouper itself. The existing condition of living grouper is sent using the services of logistics by air, because its needed to travel more quickly compared to other modes. This research aims to find optimum logistics model in shipping export living grouper. Calculation method analysis using optimization method. This research calculates the cost of the logistics sector of the feed, seed and shipping export. The selected location for grouper cultivarization are.
Lamongan, Sumenep, Banyuwangi, Gresik, Tuban, and Situbondo. Based on yhe model is proposed some scenarios using logistics services (plane and truck rentals), ship carter and plane charter. Based on the optimization results obtained that delivery of feed and seed have the minimum cost 1.29 billion rupiah and 294 million dollars using the trucks. On export shipments using logistic service have the minimum cost compared to other modes, with a price differentiation 2,820 rupiah. Percentage of price comparison services for logistics (plane) of 0.84%, service logistics (plane and truck Rentals) of
2.39%, ship charter 275.37% and plane charter by 147.53%.
