Abstract

Fan 542 FN7 merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam pembentukan semen akhir di divisi Finish Mill 2 Pabrik Tuban 1 PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang digunakan untuk menghisap udara dari separator dan cyclone menuju bag filter. Dari data downtime pada tahun 2011-2015 tercatat mesin ini total mengalami 52 kali kegagalan atau menyumbang total 9% dari total kegagalan yang ada pada divisi Finish Mill 2 dan berada pada posisi ketiga mesin yang sering mengalami kegagalan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pemeliharaan mesin yang baik dan terintegrasi. Kemudian dipilihlah metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dimana merupakan proses sistematis yang digunakan untuk menentukan hal yang harus dilakukan untuk meyakinkan bahwa setiap fasilitas fisik dari perusahaan dapat sesuai dengan fungsi desain secara terus menerus dalam kurun operasi waktu tertentu. Komponen yang dianalisis dalam RCM adalah komponen kritis yang sebelumnya dianalisis terlebih dahulu menggunakan metode Failure Mode, Effect and Critically Analysis (FMECA). Komponen yang dianalisis adalah komponen dengan nilai Risk Priority Number >60 (diatas status critically high). Analisis pada mesin fan 542 FN7 didapatkan bahwa terdapat 7 komponen kritis yaitu blade impeller, diffuser, kopling, journal bearing, roller bearing¸ casing and inlet box dan vibrationdetector dimana meliputi 11 mode kegagalan yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode RCM. Adapun hasil dari metode RCM pada komponen tersebut adalah terdapat 8 mode kegagalan yang merupakan hidden failure consequence dan menggunakan strategi on condition task (predictive maintenance). Kemudian terdapat 1 mode kegagalan merupakan hidden failure consequence dan menggunakan strategi scheduled restoration task (preventive maintenance), serta 2 mode kegagalan merupakan operational consequence dan menggunakan strategi scheduled restoration task (preventive maintenance) ============================================================================================== Fan 542 FN7 is one of the main components in the final cement process at Finish Mill division 2 Tuban 1 PT. Semen Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk, which is used to blow air from cyclone, separator to bag filter. From the downtime data in 2011- 2015, it was recorded that this machine have 52 times of failure or total accounted for 9% of the total failure of the existing division Mill Finish 2 and it is in third position with frequent engine failures. Therefore, there needs to be maintain the machine good and integrated. Then Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) was choosen which is a systematic process that is used to determine what should be done to ensure that every physical facilities of the company can be in accordance with the design function continuously within a certain time operation. The components that analyzed by RCM is a critical component which previously analyzed using Failure Mode, Effects and Critically Analysis (FMECA). Components analyzed are components with Risk Priority Number value> 60 (above the status of critically high). Analysis on fan 542 FN7 found that there are seven critical components, that are blade impeller, diffuser, clutch, journal bearings, roller bearing, casing and inlet box and vibration detector which covers 11 failure modes were then analyzed using RCM. The results of the RCM method on the component failure modes are there 8 component which is hidden consequence of failure and use on condition task (predictive maintenance) strategies. Then, there is one mode of failure is a failure hidden consequence and use scheduled restoration task (preventive maintenance) strategies, as well as two modes of failure is a consequence operational and use scheduled restoration task (preventive maintenance) strategies.
