Abstract
Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan studi pengaruh ion Ca2+ dan Ba2+ pada analisa besi(III) dengan pengompleks 1,10- fenantrolin pada pH 3,5 secara spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Panjang gelombang maksimum campuran Fe(III)-fenantrolin adalah 315 nm. Koefisien korelasi (r) yang diperoleh pada kurva kalibrasi adalah 0,997. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ion Ca2+ dan Ba2+ mulai mengganggu pada analisa besi yaitu pada konsentrasi 0,3 ppm dengan persen (%) recovery masing-masing ion Ca2+ sebesar 65,76 % dan ion Ba2+ sebesar 66,48 %

The study of the effect of Ca2 + and Ba2+ on the analysis of iron (III) with 1,10-phenanthrolin complexing agent at pH 3.5 by UV-Vis spectrophotometry method has been conducted. The maximum wavelength of Fe(III)-fenantrolin is 315 nm. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained in the calibration curve is 0.997. The results show that Ca2+ and Ba2+ began to interfis in iron analysis at a concentration of 0.3 ppm percent (%) recovery of each Ca2+ and Ba2+ are 65.76% and 66.48% with respectively
