Abstract
Rumah Sakit adalah sebuah institusi perawatan kesehatan profesional yang pelayanannya disediakan oleh dokter, perawat, dan tenaga ahli kesehatan lainnya dan juga merupakan salah satu dari sarana kesehatan tempat menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan. Upaya kesehatan adalah setiap kegiatan untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, bertujuan untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Instalasi yang tersedia berstandar Internasional meliputi Instalasi Rawat Jalan (Poliklinik), Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD), Instalasi Pemulasaraan Jenazah, Instalasi CSSD, Instalasi Laboratorium dan Radiologi, Instalasi Rehab Medik, Instalasi Gizi, Instalasi Bedah, Instalasi ICCU ICU NICU PICU, Instalasi Obstetri Gynekologi, Instalasi Rawat Inap, dan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang lainnya. Perancangan RS PHC ini terletak di jalan RE. Martadinata yang sangat berdekatan dengan sungai sehingga sangat strategis untuk membangun rumah sakit yang ikonik dan megah dengan fasilitas ambulan sungai, karena terletak dekat dengan kantor pemerintah kota Banjarmasin dan terletak dekat dengan pusat kota serta memberikan akses langsung bagi masyarakat yang menggunakan transportasi sungai. RS PHC ini menggunakan pengaturan udara dengan air sebagai pendinginnya sehingga menaikkan nilai efisiensi energi pada bangunannya. Perwujudan dari konsep green building pada RS PHC yaitu chilled-water system cooling. Ini merupakan pendinginan menggunakan air dengan siklus tertutup sehingga air dapat digunakan kembali dan tidak merusak ozon.

Hospital is a professional health care institutions whose services provided by doctors, nurses, and other health experts and also one of the health facilities where conduct health efforts. Health effort is all activities to maintain and improve health quality, aiming to achieve optimal health status for the community. Installation that available with International standard covers Outpatient Installation (Polyclinic), Emergency Room (ER), the installation of deceased, CSSD, Laboratory and Radiology, Medical rehabilitation facility, Nutrition facility, Surgical Installation and facility, ICCU ICU NICU PICU, installation Obstetrics Gynaecology, Inpatient installation, and other supporting facilities. The design of RS PHC is located on the RE. Martadinata and it is very close to the river. so it is possible to build a hospital that is iconic and majestic with a river ambulance facility, as it is located near Banjarmasin city government offices and is located close to the center of the city which is a prime location for bussiness as well as providing direct access to people who use river transport. RS PHC uses air conditioning with water coolant to raise the value of energy efficiency in buildings. The implementation of the concept of green building at RS PHC is chilled-water cooling system. water cooling will be used with closed cycle so that the water can be reused and does not damage the ozone.
