Abstract

Dalam separator horizontal 3 fasa , proses pemisahan dari
minyak mentah ke produk dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, salah
satunya adalah tekanan, sehingga dibutuhkan pengendalian
terhadap variabel tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pembuatan
tugas akhir ini mengenai rancang bangun sistem pengendalian
pressure separator horizontal 3 fasa. Sistem pengendalian yang
digunakan yaitu mode kontrol on-off (digital). Selain itu, sistem
ini juga mengaplikasikan coordinate control pada Separator
sehingga sistem ini saling terintegrasi. Adapun instrumen yang
digunakan yaitu mikrokontroler arduino uno, final control
element berupa servo valve dan elemen transmisi, pressure
trasmitter TPS-20. Dari hasil pengambilan data tugas akhir ini,
dilakukan uji sensor pada pressure transmitter. Selain itu juga
didapat hasil running sistem dengan memperhatikan nilai yang
dihasilkan seperti ADC, tegangan, pressure , dan respon valve.
Dari hasil running sistem didapat nilai Ts (settling time) sebesar
10 psi, dan maximum overshoot sebesar 11.0158 psi. Sehingga
dari tugas akhir ini, telah dihasilkan rancang bangun sistem
pengendalian pressure output yang berjalan dengan normal

In 3 phase horizontal separator, separate process from crude oil to products have some factors, especially pressure , so require a control system to that process variable. So that , final project made about design and build pressure 3 phase horizontal separator control system. Control system which use is on-off control mode (digital), this system is also aplicate coordinate control on the Separator, so this system have integration each other. The instruments which used are microcontroller arduino uno, final control element as servo valve and transmition element, pressure trasmitter TPS-20. From result of collecting data to this final project, ran testing sensor of pressure transmitter. Beside, also got system running result with looked a value produced like ADC, voltage, pressure, and respons of valve. From this system running got Ts (settling time) value is 10 psi, and maximum overshoot is 11,058 psi. So that from this final project, resulted design and build pressure output control system which ran normally
