Abstract
Pengaruh penambahan bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa
degradasi sebesar 87,12% sedangkan jumlah degradasi DDT terendah
sebesar 55,22%. Metabolit produk yang dihasilkan dari proses
degradasi ini adalah DDD dan DDMU

Effect of addition of bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa on
biodegradation of DDT by brown-rot fungus Gloeophyllum trabeum
had been investigated. P. aeruginosa was added into 10 ml G. trabeum
culture at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 ml (1 ml ≈ 1,337 x 10
9
cells). The addition
of 10 ml of P. aeruginosa showed the highest DDT degradation about
87,12%, while the addition of 3 ml of P. aeruginosa showed the lowest
one about 55,22%. Metabolite products of degradation proccess were
DDD and DDMU.
