Abstract

Sektor migas memiliki pespektif ekonomi terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu sektor migas yang menarik untuk diperhatikan adalah Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) atau biasa dikenal “ELPIJI” oleh masyarakat. Tingginya konsumsi masyarakat akan gas membuat produksi akan gas juga ditingkatkan akan tetapi media penyalur dari SPPBE hingga sampai pelanggan masih terbilang kurang. Arief LPG merupakan distributor baru yang mendistribusikan gas LPG 3kg di daerah Menanggal, Surabaya. Sebagai perusahaan baru penjualan gas yang sedang dijalani saat ini masih minim. Perusahaan ini berusaha untuk meningkatkan penjualan 1000 tabung/minggu. Untuk dapat mencapai penjualan tersebut diperlukan, perusahaan perlu mengembangkan model bisnis serta merancang strategi bisnis dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan Blue Ocean Strategy. SWOT digunakan untuk menganalisis Business Model Canvas dan digunakan sebagai dasar perumusan strategi baru pada Blue Ocean Strategy. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemasaran secara offline dan online, membuat program yang dapat menarik pelanggan (reward/bonus), memberikan alternative dalam pembayaran (e-pay, kredit). Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan adalah melakukan evaluasi berkala baik terhadap produk dan karyawan sehingga pendapatan perusahaan dapat meningkat.

The oil and gas sector has an economic perspective on community needs. One of the interesting oil and gas sectors to consider is Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or commonly known as "ELPIJI" by the public. The high consumption of people for gas makes the production of gas also increased, but the distribution media from SPPBE up to the customers is still lacking. Arief LPG is a new distributor that distributes 3kg LPG gas in the Menanggal area, Surabaya. As a new company, gas sales that are currently being undertaken are still minimal. The company is trying to increase sales of 1000 tubes / week. To be able to achieve these sales is needed, companies need to develop business models and design business strategies using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Blue Ocean Strategy. SWOT is used to analyze the Business Model Canvas and is used as the basis for formulating a new strategy in the Blue Ocean Strategy. The results of this study are to increase marketing offline and online, create programs that can attract customers (reward / bonus), provide alternatives in payments (e-pay, credit). Managerial implications that can be given are periodic evaluations of both the product and employees so that company income can increase.
