Abstract

Perjalanan komuter menuju Kota Surabaya sangat tinggi dengan berbagai maksud perjalanan. Badan Pusat Statistika Kota Surabaya mencatat jumlah penduduk Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2008 berjumlah 2.902.507 jiwa pada malam hari dan mencapai 5-6 juta pada siang hari. Salah satu moda angkutan umum yang dapat digunakan dalam perjalanan komuter adalah kereta api. Stasiun Gubeng merupakan stasiun yang melayani perjalanan komuter kereta api dengan rute terbanyak di Kota Surabaya. Untuk perjalanan komuter pagi dilayani oleh Kereta KRD, Kereta Komuter dan Kereta Tumapel. Orang-orang dengan perjalanan comuting membutuhkan moda angkutan umum untuk mengantarkan mereka ketujuan perjalanannya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap metode penilaian kesesuaian supply-demand dan kinerja angkutan umum trayek (AUT).
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa Matrik Asal Tujuan (MAT) menggunakan matrik khusus yang dipadukan dengan pemetaan dengan GIS untuk menentukan dan mengetahui sebaran perjalanan. Untuk melihat kesesuaian antara supply-demand pelayanan AUT menggunakan analisa overlay dengan GIS. Untuk mengetahui penilaian kinerja AUT menggunakan analisis Diagram Kartesius.
Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan keseuaian supply-demand untuk pelayanan AUT yang melintasi Stasiun Gubeng adalah terlayani sepenuhnya. Terdapat 6 AUT yang diteliti yaitu; Lyn F, Lyn T2, Lyn E, Lyn N, Lyn Gs. Secara keseluruhan kinerja AUT, kriteria yang dinilai penting dan perlu peningkatan
adalah; waktu tunggu AUT, fasilitas halte, fasilitas JPO, fasilitas informasi jadwal AUT

Commuting to the city of Surabaya is very high with a variety of travel purposes. The Central Bureau of Statistics recorded a total population of Surabaya in 2008 amounted to 2,902,507 inhabitants at night and reach 5-6 million during the daytime. One mode of public transport which can be used for commuting is train. Gubeng Station one of Surabaya rail station serve KRD train, Komuter Susi train, Tumapel train for morning commuter service. Public transport lines as one of the alternatives which are used to continue the journey to the destination point. So it is important to do a research on the concordance of supply-demand and the performance of public transport lines for morning commuters traveling by train at Gubeng Station. The method used in this research is the analysis of Origin Destination Matrix (OD) using a special matrix combined with GIS mapping to define and determine the distribution of the trip. To see the concordance between supply-demand public transport lines services using overlay analysis with GIS. To assess the public transport lines performance using Cartesian diagram analysis.
The results of the study concluded that the concordance supply-demand for commuter trips continuing their journey by public transport line is good. There are 6 bus public transport lines have been studied : Line E, Line F, Line GS, Line N, and Line T2. The concordance of supply-demand can be presented as follow 90 person (69%) of the commuters continuing their travel on foot and 54 person (31%) have to continue their journey by bus public transport lines and they are served. Line E serve 6%, Line F 46%, Line GS 20%, Line N 11%, Line T2 17% among the 54 persons. The performance considered important and need to be improved are : waiting time, bus public transport stop facility, pedestrian crossing facilities and schedule information
