Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan utama untuk setiap kehidupan. Air merupakan bahan pokok untuk memenuhi kehidupan sehari-hari. Perusahaan air minum merupakan perusahaan memproses dari air baku hingga air siap pakai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Air perlu dilakukan pengolahan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Perusahaan ini mempuyai risiko-risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi proses produksi dan distribusi Perusahaan Pengolahan Air Minum. Salah satunya risiko yang merugikan perusahaan adalah tingkat kehilangan air yang semakin tahun terus meningkat. Kehilangan air disebabkan oleh berbagai risiko yang ada. Maka perlu adanya analisa risiko dan mitigasi risiko agar proses produksi dan distribusi tidak berjalan lancar dan perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode House Of Risk (HOR) untuk menentukan risk event dan risk agent. Sebelum menggunakan House Of Risk maka dalam proses produksi dan distribusi terdapat 24 risk events dan 21 risk agents yang diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram.Selanjutnya, masuk pada analisaHouse Of Risk (HOR) tahap 1 mengidentifikasi dan menentukan nilai occurance pada risk agents dan severity pada risk events lalu menghitung Aggregate Risk Potensial of Agent (ARP), dan menentukan peringkat risiko berdasarkan ARP terbesar. Pada House Of Risk (HOR) tahap 2, menentukan Preventive Action untuk beberapa risiko terbesar.Terdapat 13 preventive action yang sudah diberikan untuk perusahaan dan dilakukan perankingan sesuai nilai ETD tertinggi. Perlu adanya improvement yang dilakukan untuk perusahaan agar tetap dapat menjaga proses produksi dan ditribusi air ke pelanggan. Improvement yang dapat dilakukan yaitu perusahaan harus melakukan perencanaan trainningrutin, pemetaan pada setiap operator yang membutuhkan kompentensi dan melakukan monitoring hasil trainning. Kemudian dilakukan assesment untuk menjamin bahwa trainning tersebut bermanfaat bagi pekerja atau operator.

Water is primary needs for every life. Water is a priority for customers needs. Water Utility Comapany processes from raw water until water ready to use for customer in areas. Water necessary needs to treated for daily use. This company has risks that can affect the production and distribution process of the Water Supply Utility Companies. One of the risks that harms the company is the level of water loss that continues to increase year after year. Water loss is caused by various risks. So they need for risk analysis and risk mitigatition to reduce for water losses dan these company have no costs losses. In this research, the House of Risk (HOR) method is used to determine risk events and risk agents. Before using House of Risk, in the production and distribution process there were 24 risk events and 21 risk agents identified using a fishbone diagram. And than, the House of Risk (HOR) phase 1 analysis to identify and determine the occurance value of risk agents and severity at risk events then calculate the Aggregate Risk Potential of Agent (ARP), and determine the risk rating based on the largest ARP.In House of Risk (HOR) phase 2, determine Preventive Action for some of the biggest risks. There are 13 preventive actions that have been given to companies and are ranked according to the highest ETD value. Improvements are needed for the company to be able to maintain the production process and distribution of water to customers. Improvement that can be done is the company must conduct routine trainning planning, mapping for each operator that needs competence and monitoring the results of trainning. Then an assessment is carried out to ensure that the training is beneficial for workers or operators.
