Abstract
Waralaba atau franchise adalah salah satu usaha yang akan selalu
berkembang seiring berkembanganya jaman. Meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat
golongan menengah, pasar kuliner menjadi sangat potensial. Salah satu contoh
adalah waralaba Sego Njamoer yang mampu membuka lebih dari 50 outlet di Pulau
Jawa dan untuk memaksimalkan keberhasilan di pihak Sego Njamoer, perusahaan
akan memaksimalkan segala kegiatan yang mendukung promosi Sego Njamoer
serta memperkuat image di mata masyarakat. Salah satu kendala yang dialami oleh
pihak Sego Njamoer adalah selama pengiriman keluar kota atau kelain wilayah.
Stand yang solid, stuck serta dimensi yang terlalu besar menyebabkan kesulitan
saat mengangkut dan beresiko mengalami kerusakan selama diperjalanan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah memahami brand tersebut, target
pasar, kompetitor, aktifitas penjual, perilaku konsumen, targeting, positioning serta
mempelajari tentang brand kompetitor. Semua itu dilakukan dengan cara observasi,
wawancara, shadowing dan kuisioner konsumen. Serta pemahaman tentang produk
modular harus diperhatikan. Analisa aktifitas, konfigurasi dan ergonomi yang
mengacu pada kebutuhan.
Explorasi modularity yang ada mengacu kepada kebutuhan daripada rekan
bisnis atau pembuka cabang Sego Njamoer. Sebagai contoh kebutuhan akan ukuran
dari stand berdasarkan lokasi, tata letak layout berjualan, banyaknya menu yang
dijual, dll. Output perancangan ini menghasilkan beberapa modul-modul stand
berbahan dasar aluminium serta besi hollow dengan menggunakan sambungan mur
dan baut mempermudah perakitan dan pengiriman serta easy maintenance. Mudah
dalam pemindahan, perakitan serta kemudahan diperbaiki dan dibersihkan.

Franchise is one of a business that will have evolved of era
development.The purchasing power of the community in the middle group , culinary
market is being very potential .One example is a franchise Sego Njamoer can open
more than 50 outlets in Java and to maximize success from the Sego Njamoer , the
company have to maximize all the activity that supports the promotion activity of
sego njamoer and strengthen image in the citizens .One of the difficulties for the
Sego Njamoer is for sending out city or other areas .A solid , stuck and dimensions
too large causing trouble in transporting and risk damaged during en route.
Research methodology used is to understand the brand , the market target ,
competitors , the seller activity , consumer behavior , targeting , positioning and
learn about brand competitors .All that done by means of observation , interview ,
shadowing and consumers questionnaire .As well as the awareness about products
modular must be considered .Analysis activity , configuration and ergonomics
refers to needs.
Modularity exploration existing reference to the needs of than a business
associate or opening a branch Sego Njamoer .As an example the need for a
measure of stands based on the location , the layout of layouts selling , many a
menu that sold , etc .Output design it produces some modularity stand that uses
aluminum based as well as iron hollow by using connection the nuts and bolts of
assembling and make it easy for delivery and easy maintenance .Easy in the
transfer of , assembly and ease repaired and cleaned
