Abstract

======================================================================================================= The failure of the element Produced water treatment system can increase operating costs and potentially cause environmental pollution. Therefore an effective and efficient maintenance strategy is needed. The aims of this thesis to analyze RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability), determine maintenance actions in accordance using RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) approach, and obtain optimal maintenance costs using the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA) II method. The results of this thesis show that the reliability of the system reaches a 50% reduction within 2300 hours. In one preventive maintenance period all components of produced water treatment have an availability value above 98%. Whereas to achieve 100% maintainability, the fastest repair time is 4 hours. Types of Proactive maintenance schedules on condition and restoration tasks are appropriate actions to be applied. Optimization results obtained optimal maintenance costs in the produced water treatment system within 5 years is USD 18.948.
