Abstract
Analisa kandungan senyawa organik sampel minyak mentah Lapangan
camar, Bawean dan Lapangan Cemara, Jatibarang ini bertujuan untuk
melakukan karakterisasi distribusi senyawa biomarka fraksi hidrokarbon
alifatik. Sampel minyak mentah difraksinasi berdasarkan kepolaran
dengan kromatografi kolom dan dilakukan karakterisasi dengan
kromatografi gas–spektrokopi massa (KG-SM). Hasil karakteriasi
diperoleh senyawa biomarka n-alkana (n-C13 – n-C27), isoprenoid asiklik
(iC14 – iC16 dan iC18), bisiklik seskuiterpena (4β(H)-eudesmana; 8β(H)-
driman; 8β(H)-homodriman; kadinana dan beberapa senyawa C15
bisiklik seskuiterpena). Hasil sebaran biomarka tersebut
mengindikasikan dominasi tanaman tingkat tinggidengan adanya
pengaruh alga pada minyak Lapangan Camar, Bawean dan tanaman
darat yang berasal dari resin damar pada Lapangan Cemara, Jatibarang.
Selain itu, hasil sebaran biomarka mengindikasikan kedua sampel
minyak berasal dari lingkungan pengendapan fluvial dengan kualitas
oksigen yang sangat tinggi. Perbedaan tingkat kematangan terlihat dari
persebaran senyawa 8β(H)-homodriman yang menunjukkan bahwa
minyak Lapangan Camar, Bawean lebih matang dibandingkan minyak
Lapangan Cemara, Jatibarang

Analysis of organic compound composition of crude oil sample from
Camar Oilfield, Bawean and Cemara Oilfield, Jatibarang aims to
characterize the distribution of biomarker compounds of aliphatic
hydrocarbon fraction. Crude oil samples were fractionated based on
their polarity using column chromatography and were characterized
using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The result
shows that biomarker compounds n-alkane (n-C13 – n-C28), isoprenoid
asiklik (iC14 – iC16 dan iC18), bicyclic sesquiterpene (4β(H)-eudesman;
8β(H)-drimane; 8β(H)-homodrimaen; cadinane dan other C15 bicycilc
seskuiterpene compounds) were found. Furthermore, that result indicates
the dominance of higher plants with the influence of algae oil samples
from Camar Oilfield, Bawean and higher plants in dammar resin from
Cemara Oilfield, Jatibarang. In addition, the result also reveals that two
samples were derived from fluvial environment with high-quality of
oxygen. Different maturity levels can be seen from the distribution of
8β(H)-homodrimane compound which indicates that Camar Oilfield,
Bawean is more mature than Cemara Oilfield, Jatibarang
