Abstract
Green supply chain management (GSCM) merupakan konsep yang mengintegrasikan aspek-aspek lingkungan ke dalam manajemen rantai pasok, termasuk desain produk, pengadaan, pemilihan bahan baku, proses manufaktur, pengiriman produk akhir ke konsumen hingga pengaturan alur produk setelah digunakan oleh konsumen (Srivastava, 2007). Konsep GSCM sudah banyak diteliti dan dibuktikan dengan banyaknya publikasi tentang konsep GSCM hingga saat ini. Pada tahun 2017, penelitian tentang GSCM memiliki jumlah yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini menandakan bahwa terdapat peningkatan minat terhadap GSCM sekaligus kekhawatiran sejalan dengan isu-isu kelestarian lingkungan dan tanggung jawab sosial (Tseng et al., 2019). Banyaknya penelitian tentang pengukuran kinerja dan praktik GSCM didasari karena pentingnya penelitian ini untuk kesuksesan implementasi GSCM. Hal ini didukung dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penelitian yang konsisten dalam evaluasi praktik dan kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan hijau. Menurut Tseng et al. (2019), terdapat 55 literatur yang meneliti evaluasi praktik dan kinerja GSCM dari total 236 literatur GSCM pada tahun 2003 hingga 2017, dimana literatur evaluasi praktik dan kinerja GSCM ini mendominasi di antara kategori literatur GSCM lainnya. Evaluasi praktik dan kinerja GSCM sudah banyak diteliti, tetapi belum ada publikasi mengenai matriks pengukuran yang jelas tentang tingkat implementasi GSCM pada perusahaan. Matriks pengukuran tingkat implementasi GSCM berfungsi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi GSCM pada perusahaan melalui tingkatan level atau tingkat penerapannya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun matriks pengukuran tingkat implementasi GSCM atau Green Supply Chain (GSCM) Scorecard pada perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review karena, serta memiliki output berupa level implementasi GSCM di perusahaan sehingga mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan wawancara expert untuk melakukan verifikasi pada model GSCM scorecard yang diusulkan penulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan acuan model SCOR diantaranya Plan, Source, Make, Deliver dan Return dalam penerapan GSCM. Dimana measurement items yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari kombinasi measurement items melalui penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh dimensi-dimensi yang digunakan dalam penyusunan GSCM Scorecard, di antaranya green design, green purchasing, green transformation/production, green logistics, reverse logistics dan internal environmental management.

Green supply chain management (GSCM) is a concept that integrates environmental aspects into supply chain management, including product design, procurement, selection of raw materials, manufacturing processes, delivery of final products to consumers, until product flow management after used by consumers ( Srivastava, 2007). The GSCM concept has been widely published and proven by publications about the GSCM concept to date. In 2017, research on GSCM has more numbers than in previous years. It indicates that there is an increasing priority towards GSCM, while social responsibility is issued (Tseng et al., 2019). Many studies on performance measurement and GSCM practices are based on the importance of this research for the successful implementation of GSCM. This is supported by the amount of research growth in the area of assessment of green supply chain management practices and performance. According to Tseng et al. (2019), 55 literature discussesed about the assessment of GSCM practices and performance from total of 236 GSCM literature in 2003 to 2017, where the literature about GSCM practice and performance evaluation have higher amount than other GSCM literature categories. GSCM has been widely published, but no publication has been published about measurement matrix of GSCM in the company. The measurement matrix of the GSCM implementation level serves to determine the extent of GSCM implementation in the company through its level. Therefore, this study aims to build an measurement matrix of the implementation level of the GSCM or Green Supply Chain (GSCM) Scorecard in the company. The method used is literature review and has an output that involves the level of GSCM implementation in the company which makes decision making easier. This study also uses in-depth interview with expert to verify the GSCM scorecard model that designed by the author. This study uses a SCOR model, there are Plans, Source, Make, Deliver and Return in the implementation of GSCM. Where the indicators used in this study are the result of a combination of indicators through literature review. Based on the analysis results, obtained dimensions are used in the preparation of the GSCM Scorecard, there are Green Designs, Green Purchases, Green Production, Green Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Internal Environmental Management.
