Abstract
Daya listrik yang dihasilkan oleh pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) selain digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masing-masing konsumen, juga mulai berkembang untuk dilakukan penjualan daya listrik ke konsumen lain. Proses ini memanfaatkan jaringan listrik dari provider, sehingga kelebihan daya akan dijual ke provider untuk selanjutnya dijual kembali ke konsumen lain yang membeli daya listrik. Apabila hal ini melebihi batas-batas yang ditentukan akan memberikan pengaruh pada tegangan sistem dan kualitas daya listriknya, seperti rugi-rugi daya dan faktor daya. Ada dan tidaknya regulasi atau manajemen dalam proses transaksi jual beli listrik juga akan berpengaruh pada parameter tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan simulasi analisa aliran daya pada sistem distribusi radial dengan mempertimbangkan adanya pengaruh sumber PLTS dan beban. Metode aliran daya yang digunakan adalah metode network topology. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kasus simulasi dengan penerapan regulasi menghasilkan tegangan tertinggi sebesar 1 p.u, tegangan terendah sebesar 0,9924289 p.u, dan persentase maksimum loading saluran sebesar 18,59%. Secara ekonomi, penerapan regulasi juga dapat menguntungkan tengkulak sebagai penyedia jasa kelistrikan.

Electricity generated by solar photovoltaic (SPV) besides being used to meet the electricity demands of each consumer, also began to develop of selling electricity to other consumers. This process utilizes the electricity network from the provider, so that excess power will be sold to the provider and then resold to other consumers who buy electricity. If this exceeds the specified limits, it will give effect to the voltage and the power quality of the system, such as power losses and power factors. The presence or absence of regulation or management in the process of buying and selling electricity will also affect these parameters. In this final project, a simulation of power flow analysis will be carried out on the radial distribution system by considering the influence of SPV sources and loads. The power flow method used is the network topology method. Based on the analysis results, the implementation of regulation shows the highest voltage is 1 p.u, the lowest voltage is 0,9924289 p.u, and the maximum percentage of cable loading is 18,59%. Economically, the implementation of regulations is profitable for energy retailer as providers of electricity services.
