Abstract

Kebutuhan pembangunan gedung bertingkat dari tahun ke tahun semakin banyak. Saat ini, pemilik bangunan gedung bertingkat masih banyak fokus dalam desain interior, eksterior, dan arsitektur tanpa melihat aspek konservasi air pada bangunan tersebut. Menurut data dari Green Building Council Indonesia di Indonesia hanya terdapat 20 gedung yang telah tersertifikasi sebagai bangunan hijau dari lebih dari 700 gedung yang telah dibangun. Pemilik gedung sebenarnya dapat mengurangi biaya konsumsi air dan mendapatkan penghematan yang cukup besar apabila menggunakan konsep konservasi air pada konsep bangunan hijau. Konservasi air dirancang dengan menganalisa probabilitas curah hujan pada suatu daerah untuk menentukan proyeksi potensi volume yang dapat ditampung dan optimasi menggunakan metode algoritma stokastik untuk mendesain besar tangki penampungan air hujan yang optimum beserta daur ulang grey water yang dihasilkan. Setelah dilakukan optimasi, didapatkan hasil untuk volume tangki optimum sebesar 6,2 m3. Dengan menggunakan tangki penampungan tersebut serta mendaur ulang grey water. Diperlukan biaya investasi sebesar Rp. 139.982.100,00 untuk mendapatkan penghematan sebesar Rp. 347.382.568,10 dari biaya baseline. Didapatkan return of investment (ROI) maksimal sebesar 148,16% pada desain tersebut selama 10 tahun.

The need for building construction from year to year is increasing. Currently, the building owner still focuses a lot on interior, exterior, and architectural design without looking at the water conservation aspects of the building. According to data from the Green Building Council Indonesia, in Indonesia there are only 20 buildings that have been identified as green buildings out of more than 700 buildings that have been built. Building owners can actually reduce the cost of water consumption and get substantial savings when using the concept of water conservation on the concept of green buildings. Water conservation is designed by analyzing the probability of rainfall in an area to determine the projected volume potential and optimizing it using the stochastic algorithm method to design the optimum size of the rainwater harvesting tank along with the recycling of grey water produced. After optimization, the results for an optimum tank volume of 6.2 m3 are obtained. By using the storage tank and grey water recycling, an investment cost of Rp. 139.982.100,00 to get savings of Rp. 347.382.568,10 of the baseline costs. A maximum return of investment (ROI) of 148,16% was obtained for the design for 10 years.
