Abstract

Gedung The Alton Apartment Semarang merupakan bangunan tipe hunian yang memiliki 30 lantai dan 2 basement, dengan ketinggian bangunan 96 meter. Gedung ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode cor ditempat, sehingga memerlukan waktu pelaksanaan relatif lama, juga seringkali terdapat hasil yang kurang presisi dalam pengerjaanya. Dalam perkembangan teknologi, terus menuntut adanya efisiensi dari segi kecepatan, mutu dan biaya pelaksanaan. Salah satu alternatifnya menggunakan metode pracetak. Beton pracetak memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan dengan beton konvensional. Antara lain, kemudahan dalam pengerjaan, kecepatan dalam pelaksanaan, dan kontrol kualitas yang baik. Sehingga dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan modifikasi Gedung The Alton Apartment Semarang menjadi 20 lantai dan 1 basement menggunakan metode beton pracetak yang diterapkan pada balok, plat, dan kolom. Sedangkan shearwall, tangga, lift dan basement direncanakan menggunakan metode cor di tempat. Metode pracetak memiliki perhatian khusus pada sambungan, karena sambungan pada beton pracetak tidak semonolit beton cast in situ. Sehingga diperlukan perencanaan berdasarkan kekuatan dan kekakuan sambungan dalam penyaluran beban balok-kolom. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, Perencanaan struktur Gedung The Alton Apartment Semarang mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847:2019, PCI Handbook 6th Edition dan SNI 1726:2019. Untuk menyambung setiap tulanganya, menggunakan reinforcement splice technology berupa spiral confinement yang terbuat dari tulangan polos, yang telah dikembangkan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2014. Gedung The Alton Apartment Berlokasi di kota Semarang, memiliki Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) D, direncanakan menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus serta dinding struktural. ========================================================= Semarang The Alton Apartment building is a residential type building that has 30 floors and 2 basements, with a building height of 96 meters. This building is carried out using the cast in-site method, so that it requires a relatively long time project, also often there are results that are less precise in its work. In the development of technology, it continues to demand efficiency of time, quality and cost of project. Once alternative is to use the precast method. Precast concrete has several advantages compared to conventional concrete. Among other things, time efficiency, and good quality control. So that in this final project, Semarang The Alton Apartment building will be modified into 20 floors and 1 basement using the precast concrete method, applied to beams, plates and columns. Whereas shearwall, stairs, elevator and basement are planned using the cast in-site method. The precast method has special attention to the joint, because the connection of precast concrete is not as monolite as cast in site concrete. So, planning is needed based on the strength and stiffness of the connection in distributing the beam-column load. In this Final Project, The Alton Apartment Semarang Building Structure Planning refers to SNI 2847:2019, PCI Handbook 6th Edition and SNI 1726:2019 regulations. To connect each of the reinforcement using reinforcement splice technology which is made of plain reinforcement, which has been developed in Indonesia since 2014. The Alton Apartment Building Located in the city of Semarang, has a Seismic Design Category (KDS) D, planned to use a special moment resisting frame system (SMRF) and structural walls.
