Abstract
Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan membangun sarana maupun prasarana yang dilakukan dengan lingkup pekerjaan, waktu, biaya dan metode tertentu sesuai kontrak konstruksi antara pemilik proyek (owner) dan pelaksana (kontraktor). Metode konstruksi merupakan suatu hal penting dalam sebuah pembangunan proyek. Metode pelat lantai yang akan dibahas dalam tugas akhir ini perbandingan antara metode eksisting yaitu Metode Aluminium formwok pada lantai 6 – lantai 37 dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode alternatif yaitu menggunakan metode table form. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui metode manakah yang paling efektif untuk digunakan di proyek Menara BRI Gatot Subroto dari segi waktu dan biaya.
Metode dalam tugas akhir ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data ke kontraktor Menara BRI Gatot Subroto. Lalu menggunakan metode analisa perbandingan, membandingkan kedua metode eksisting dengan metode alternatif table form, perhitungan termasuk perhitungan pekerjaan struktur yaitu pengecoran dan pembesian. Perhitungan biaya diperoleh dari gambar kerja lalu dikalikan dengan harga satuan bahan dan alat untuk masing-masing metode table form dan aluminium formwork. Untuk waktu dihitung dari kuantitas pekerjaan pelat lantai dan produktifitas menggunakan didapat dari rumusan SNI dan peraturan yang berlaku. Perbandingan mutu diambil data dari parah ahli dengan penyebaran kuisioner tentang analisis mutu kepada para expert.
Tugas akhir ini menghasilkan hasil sebagai berikut, dari segi biaya metode aluminium formwork harga per meter persegi: Rp. 351.153,00 dan harga total: Rp. 16.470.164.753,00 dan untuk metode table form harga per meter persegi: Rp. 329.392,00 dan harga total adalah: Rp. 15.449.503.840,00. Sedangkan dari segi waktu Metode Aluminium Formwork diselesaikan dengan durasi waktu total: 442 hari dengan produktifitas pada lantai 6 – lantai 33 sebesar 228,01 m2/hari dan untuk Metode Table Form diselesaikan dengan durasi waktu total 499 hari dengan produktifitas pada lantai 6 – lantai 33 sebesar 177,34 m2/hari. Dari segi kualitas metode yang paling efektif dan efisien pada proyek Menara BRI Gatot Subroto yang diukur melal persepsi expert adalah metode aluminium formwork dibandingkan dengan metode table form.

The construction project is a series of activities to build facilities and infrastructure carried out with the scope of work, time, cost and certain methods according to the construction contract between the project owner (owner) and the implementer (contractor). Construction method is an important thing in a project development. The floor plate method that will be discussed in this final project is the comparison between the existing method, namely the Aluminum Formwok method on the 6th floor - 37th floor compared to using an alternative method that is using the table form method. The purpose of this thesis is to find out which method is most effective to be used in the BRI Tower Gatot Subroto project in terms of time and cost.
The method in this thesis begins with the collection of data to the Menara BRI contractor Gatot Subroto. Then using the comparative analysis method, comparing the two existing methods with alternative methods of table form, the calculation includes the calculation of structural work, namely casting and refining. The cost calculation is obtained from the working drawings and then multiplied by the unit price of materials and tools for each of the table form and aluminum formwork methods. For the time calculated from the quantity of floor slab work and using productivity obtained from the SNI formulation and applicable regulations. Quality comparisons are taken from expert data with the distribution of questionnaires about quality analysis to experts.
This final project produces the following results, in terms of the cost of the aluminum formwork method price per square meter: Rp. 351,153.00 and total price: Rp. 16,470,164,753.00 and for the table form method the price per square meter: Rp. 329,392.00 and the total price is: Rp. 15,449,503,840.00. While in terms of time the Aluminum Formwork Method was completed with a total duration of time: 442 days with productivity on the 6th floor 33rd floor of 228.01 m2 / day and for the Table Form Method completed with a total duration of 499 days with productivity on the 6th floor 33th floor of 177.34 m2 / day. In terms of the quality of the most effective and efficient methods in the Menara BRI Gatot Subroto project measured through expert perception is the aluminum formwork method compared to the table form method.
