Abstract

Perkembangan dalam bidang teknologi kendaraan listrik yang pesat membutuhkan penelitian yang dapat menunjang keandalan dan efisiensi kendaraan listrik. Motor BLDC merupakan motor yang banyak dikembangkan dalam sistem kendaraan listrik karena efisiensi dan keandalan yang tinggi. Penggunaan motor BLDC sebagai penggerak membutuhkan metode-metode pemeliharaan yang dapat menjaga keandalan dari motor BLDC tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengujian pada performansi motor BLDC saat adanya skema ketidakseimbangan yang terdapat pada stator motor BLDC yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pemeliharaan motor BLDC. Performansi yang diperoleh ke depannya akan digunakan untuk keperluan diagnosa yang mendukung kinerja dan pemeliharaan motor BLDC. Ketidakseimbangan yang terdapat pada belitan stator yang digunakan telah dirancang dengan skema tertentu melalui proses rewinding. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati hasil deteksi performansi beberapa parameter dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak dan logger data. Hasil performansi yang diperoleh dilakukan analisa dengan metode perbandingan statistika setiap stator terhadap performansi stator dengan keadaan normal. Penelitian ini memberikan nilai performansi parameter yang memiliki simpangan terhadap keadaan normal dengan rentang yang berbeda-beda. Diperoleh bahwa ketidakseimbangan belitan stator motor BLDC menimbulkan perbedaan performansi terhadap keadaan normal. ================================================================================================================== Developments of electric vehicle technology need some research which able to support the reliability and efficiency of the electric vehicle. BLDC is the most developed electric motor caused by its high reliability. The BLDC motor application as a motor drive needs maintenance methods which able to maintain the reliability of BLDC motor. In this final project, a test is performed on the performance of a BLDC motor with the stator winding unbalance inside the motor that able to use as maintenance reference. The result of performance will be used for further diagnostic needs and further BLDC motor maintenance. Unbalance scheme that contained in the stator of BLDC motor has been designed with a specific scheme through to rewinding prosses. This research held by observing the result of the several parameters of performance detection by using software and data logger. The obtained performance results are analyzed by using a statistic comparison for all the stator scheme. This research provides performance parameters that have deviations from the normal condition with the difference range. The imbalance of the BLDC motor stator winding caused a difference in performance under normal circumstances.
