Abstract

Pabrik Gula Lestari Patianrowo merupakan salah satu unit usaha di bawah naungan PT Perkebunan Nusantara X yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gula masyarakat dan sebagai produsen gula terbesar di Indonesia. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan dituntut untuk lebih peduli terhadap kondisi lingkungan sekitarnya dan salah satu pihak yang memiliki peran penting yaitu SDM. Integrasi aspek lingkungan dari sisi SDM dikenal dengan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Permasalahan yang terjadi di Pabrik Gula Lestari Patianrowo yaitu dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir pabrik mengalami penurunan jumlah keuntungan yang diterima dan juga mengalami permasalahan lingkungan terkait adanya protes warga mengenai abu hitam/langes sisa proses produksi yang dianggap sangat meresahkan mereka serta rendahnya kepedulian pribadi masing-masing karyawan terhadap lingkungan. Sehingga pabrik saat ini sedang berupaya meningkatkan kinerja lingkungannya, efisiensi perusahaan dengan menekan pengeluaran biaya agar tetap mampu bersaing dan mampu mempertahankan sustainability perusahaan di masa depan mengingat saat ini berada di kondisi yang kurang bagus, serta berusaha meningkatkan kepedulian karyawan terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh langsung penerapan GHRM (GT,GPM, dan GEI) terhadap EEC, OCBE, CEP dan ORS serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi EEC dan OCBE terhadap CEP. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara offline kepada karyawan di 6 unit/bagian dan data yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 170 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GT dan GEI secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap EEC dan OCBE. Tetapi penerapan GHRM (GT,GPM,GEI) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap CEP, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap ORS. Serta CEP secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap ORS.

The Sugar Factory of Lestari Patianrowo is one of the business units under the auspices of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X which aims to meet the sugar needs of the community and as the largest sugar producer in Indonesia. At present, many companies are demanded to be more concerned about the condition of the surrounding environment and one of the parties that has an important role, namely HR. The integration of environmental aspects from the HR side is known as Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Problems that occur in the Patianrowo Sustainable Sugar Factory in the last 5 years the factory has experienced a decline in the amount of profits received and also experienced environmental problems related to community protests about the black ash remaining of the production process which is considered very unsettling them and the low personal concern of each employee on the environment. So that the factory is currently trying to improve its environmental performance, company efficiency by reducing costs to remain able to compete and be able to maintain the company's sustainability in the future given that it is currently in a bad condition, and trying to increase employee awareness of the environment. Therefore, this study will analyze the direct effect of the implementation of GHRM (GT, GPM, and GEI) on EEC, OCBE, CEP and ORS as well as the indirect effect through EEC and OCBE mediation on CEP. The design of this study was an explanatory study by distributing questionnaires offline to employees in 6 units / sections and data collected by 170 respondents. Data processing using SPSS and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that GT and GEI directly influence EEC and OCBE. But the implementation of GHRM (GT, GPM, GEI) directly affects CEP, but does not affect ORS. And CEP has no direct effect on ORS.
