Abstract
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT Pertamina (Persero) di bawah direktorat hulu memiliki kegiatan usaha survei seismik maupun nonseismik. Kegiatan survei seismik dan nonseismik geofisika dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi di bawah permukaan bumi melibatkan pengukuran di atas permukaan bumi dari parameter-parameter fisika yang dimiliki oleh batuan di dalam bumi dengan tujuan untuk evaluasi pematangan prospek migas. Data hasil survei masih berupa laporan-laporan kertas dan data spreadsheet yang kompleks sehingga menyulitkan para analyst di perusahaan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengembangkan katalog data seismik dan nonseismik migas berbasis sistem informasi geografis melalui cloud geospasial jenis self-managed services. Pengembangan tersebut dibangun pada level enterprise untuk menampilkan informasi spasial maupun nonspasial yang saling terintegrasi kepada analyst di PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. Informasi yang disajikan diantaranya adalah hasil kompilasi data seismik sesuai standar Data Model PPDM 3.9 dan nonseismik sesuai standar Kementerian ESDM yaitu Standar Metadata Katalog Pengadministrasian Data Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Katalog data yang sudah dikompilasi sesuai standar kemudian divisualisasikan ke dalam sistem informasi geografis dan disimpan ke dalam enterprise geodatabase agar terhubung ke database PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi geografis berbasis web dalam bentuk web app, operations dashboard, dan story map. Aplikasi web app berguna untuk mencari data seismik dan nonseismik yang sudah sesuai standar beserta lokasi dan relasi datanya melalui kolom query. Aplikasi operations dashboard berguna untuk melihat infografik presentase kompilasi data seismik dan nonseismik yang sudah sesuai standar. Aplikasi story map berguna untuk melihat narasi singkat studi nonseismik yang menggabungkan teks, peta, dan gambar penunjang terkait kegiatan suvey nonseismik. Dengan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis sistem informasi geografis melalui self-managed services maka mengelola dan meninjau kembali data cukup dengan mengakses satu aplikasi secara cepat, aman dan terintegrasi.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) under the upstream directorate, which has seismic and nonseismic survey business activities. Geophysical seismic and nonseismic survey activities are carried out to determine subsurface conditions involving measurements above the earth's surface from physical parameters possessed by rocks in the earth with the aim of evaluating the maturation of oil and gas prospects. Survey data is still in the form of complex paper reports and spreadsheet data making it difficult for analysts in the company. In this study, the authors developed a catalog of seismic and nonseismic data on oil and gas based on geographic information systems through a geospatial cloud type of self-managed services. The development was built at the enterprise level to display integrated spatial and non-spatial information to analysts at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. Information presented includes seismic data compilation according to PPDM 3.9 Model Data standards and non-seismic standards according to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, namely Metadata Standard Catalog of Oil and Gas Data Administration. Catalog data that has been compiled according to standards is then visualized into a geographic information system and stored in an enterprise geodatabase to connect to the database of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. The results of this study are the application of web-based geographic information systems in the form of web apps, operations dashboards, and story maps. The web app application is useful for searching seismic and nonseismic data that is in accordance with the standard and its location and data relations through the query column. Operation dashboard application is useful for viewing infographics on compilation of seismic and nonseismic data compliations that are in accordance with standards. The story map application is useful for viewing short narratives of nonseismic studies that incorporate supporting texts, maps and drawings related to nonseismic survey activities. With the development of geographic information system based applications through self-managed services, managing and reviewing data is enough to access one application quickly, safely and integrated.
