Abstract
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, penulis merancang dan menganalisis catenary mooring system untuk struktur offshore aquaculture Ocean Farm ITS yang akan diinstalasi di Pantai Sendang Biru, Malang, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan menghitung stabilitas struktur untuk menentukan posisi titik COG (Centre of Gravity), COB (Centre of Buoyancy), dan COF (Centre of Flotation). Selanjutya menghitung kekakuan hidrostatik struktur untuk gerakan heave, roll, dan pitch untuk menghitung periode natural struktur secara manual. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapatkan periode natural struktur untuk gerakan Heave sebesar 6.52 detik, Roll sebesar 4.47 detik, dan Pitch sebesar 4.53 detik. Selanjutnya menghitung gaya lingkungan untuk penentuan properti mooring system baik mooring line, mooring buoy, maupun anchor. Setelah itu memodelkan sturktur Ocean Farm ITS dan sistem tambat dengan konfigurasi rectangular grid pada software OrcaFlex untuk analisis dinamis kondisi intact dan damage. Dari hasil perhitungan dan simulasi, didapatkan spesifikasi mooring line 2 yaitu Nylon 26 mm, mooring buoy ukuran diameter 1.7 m, tinggi 1.3 m, dengan kapasitas maksimum 3 ton, serta anchor jenis Bruce Twin Shank yang memiliki holding capacity 93.4 kN dengan weight in air 0.7 ton. Untuk analisis pengaruh perubahan panjang mooring line, didapatkan bahwa semakin panjang mooring line maka nilai tension maksimum akan semakin kecil. Kemudian, semakin panjang mooring line maka offset maksimum akan semakin besar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan variasi 85 m yang sesuai untuk struktur Ocean Farm ITS.

In this Final Project, the author designs and analyzes a catenary mooring system for the Ocean Farm ITS offshore aquaculture structure that will be installed on Sendang Biru Beach, Malang, East Java. This research begins by calculating the stability of the structure to determine the position of COG (Center of Gravity), COB (Center of Buoyancy), and COF (Center of Flotation) points. And then the author calculates the hydrostatic stiffness of the structure for the heave, roll, and pitch movements to calculate the natural periods of the structure manually. From the calculation results, the natural period structure for the Heave movement is 6.52 s, Roll is 4.47 s, and Pitch is 4.52 s. Next, calculate the environmental force to determine the properties of the mooring system, either the mooring line, the mooring buoy, or the anchor. After that, modeling the Ocean Farm ITS structure and its mooring system (rectangular grid) in OrcaFlex software for dynamic analysis of intact and damage conditions. From the calculation and simulation results, the author get the mooring line 2 specification is Nylon 26 mm, mooring buoy diameter 1.7 m, height 1.3 m, with maximum capacity is 3 tons, and anchor type Bruce Twin Shank which has holding capacity is 93.4 kN and weight in air is 0.7 tons. To analyze the effect of variation the length of the mooring line, the author get that the longer the mooring line, the maximum tension will be smaller. Then, the longer the mooring line, the maximum offset will be greater. Based on the analysis results, 85 m variation that is suitable for the structure of OFITS.
