Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi material komposit terutama di material komposit laminat sangat pesat. Material komposit yang banyak digunakan saat ini ialah material komposit laminat. Material komposit laminat tersusun dari beberapa gabungan lamina-lamina yang berikatan sehingga sering menyebabkan terjadinya deformasi. Salah satu dari model kerusakan kritis pada komposit laminat yaitu delaminasi. Untuk mengetahui proses delaminasi, dimodelkan double centilever beam dengan pembebanan beban berupa displacement. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa delaminasi laminat terhadap variasi arah serat yaitu [0/+45/+45/0]2s dan [0/+45/+90/-45]2s dengan menggunakan teknik Cohesize Zone Model (CZM) dan Virtual Crack Closure (VCC) menggunakan ANSYS Workbench 19.I dengan modal static structural. Kemudian dilakukan analisa dari hasil simulasi numerik delaminasi pada material sesuai dengan teori. Dengan menggunakan 3750 elemen, 7500 elemen dan 15000 elemen didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai critical force dari variasi [0/+45/+90/-45]2s jauh lebih besar daripada [0/+45/+45/0]2s dan juga dianalisis karakterisasi dari stress-strain hasil dari simulasi.

The development of composite material technology, especially in composite laminate materials, is very rapid. Laminate composite materials is composed of several combinations of binding laminas that often cause deformation. One of the critical damage models in laminate composites is delamination. To find out the process of delamination, a double centilever beam model is modeled by loading the displacement load. In this study, laminate delamination analysis were carried out on the variation of fiber direction, namely [0 /+45 /+45/0]2s and [0 /+45 /+90/-45]2s using Cohesize Zone Model (CZM) and Virtual techniques Crack Closure (VCC) uses ANSYS Workbench 19.I with static structural modules. Then an analysis of the numerical simulation results of delamination of the material in accordance with the theory. By using 3750 elements, 7500 elements and 15000 elements, it was found that the critical force values of the variations of [0/+45/+ 90/-45]2s were much greater than [0/+45/+45/0]2s and were also analyzed characterization of stress-strain results from simulations.
