Abstract
Eksplorasi dan eksploitasi laut dalam dibutuhkan infrastruktur yang mendukung untuk aktivitas eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Salah satu jenis infrastruktur laut dalam yaitu struktur jacket, dalam pembangunan struktur jacket tahap fabrikasi merupakan tahap awal dimana pembuatan struktur dibangun dan pada tahap fabrikasi diperlukan perhatian yang sangat cermat dan teliti, sebab kondisi struktur menentukan tahap selanjutnya. Kegiatan yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu kegiatan roll-up, karena pada proses ini terdapat banyak gaya yang bekerja dan sangat berpengaruh pada struktur jacket. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai analisis kekuatan struktur dengan analisis konfigurasi rigging dan analisis roll – up support saat proses roll-up pada struktur jacket. struktur jacket dimodelkan menggunakan perangkat lunak SACS 12.0.
Melalui pemodelan struktur dengan menggunakan software SACS 12.0 didapatkan hasil analisis berupa integritas struktur dengan unitycheck terbesar 0.89, reaksi beban terbesar pada titik angkat yaitu 203.04 ton, dan reaksi beban terbesar pada tumpuan yaitu 347.13 ton. Analisis pemodelan konfigurasi rigging didapatkan pada CR#1 yaitu 88.9 mm, CR#2 yaitu 63.5 mm, dan CR#3 yaitu 88.9 mm. Analisis pemodelan roll – up support didapatkan desain dengan diameter 660 mm, ketebalan 25 mm, panjang 4028.5 mm. Pemodelan saddle pada roll – up support didapatkan desain yaitu dengan panjang 2139.42 mm. tebal 15 mm, dan lebar 732 mm.

Exploration and exploitation in the deep sea require a supportive infrastructure for the activities of them. Structure jacket is one of type marine infrastructure, in the construction of a fabrication stage jacket structure is an early stage where the creation of structures constructed and at the stage of fabrication needed very careful and through of attention. The activities to be considered are roll-up process, because in this process there are many force that work and impactful in the structure of the jacket. In this study discussed about strength analysis of structure with rigging configuration and roll-up support analysis during the roll-up process. Jacket structure is modelled using SACS 12.0 software.
The structure was modeled by using SACS 12.0 and the results of analysis were obtained in the form of structural integrity with the largest Unity check 0.89, the biggest load reaction at the lifting point is 203.04 ton, and the biggest load reaction at the support is 347.13 ton. Analysis of rigging configuration obtained in CR # 1 is 88.9 mm, CR # 2 is 63.5 mm, and CR # 3 is 88.9 mm. Roll-up support analysis is obtained with a diameter of 660 mm, thickness of 25 mm, length 4028.5 mm. Saddle modeling on roll-up support obtained design with a length of 2139.42 mm. thickness 15 mm, and width 732 mm.
