Abstract
Dalam kegiatan operasi bangunan lepas pantai terpancang sering terjadi insiden yang dapat mengurangi integritas struktur bangunan tersebut. Salah satu akibat dari suatu insiden adalah kemiringan pada platform. Kemiringan inilah yang menyebabkan gaya aksial yang bekerja pada titik berat (COG) awal mengalami penyimpangan kearah horizontal sehingga struktur akan mendapat momen lentur tambahan yang seperti disebut sebagai efek P-delta (P- effect). Selain efek P-delta terdapat permasalahan lain yang mempengaruhi integritas struktur lepas pantai terpancang, yaitu masalah scouring. Scouring yang terjadi pada struktur lepas pantai terpancang seringkali mengakibatkan kegagalan konstruksi. Oleh karena itu dalam proses perancangan, harus mempertimbangan pengaruh P-delta dan scouring terhadap integritas struktur lepas pantai terpancang dan batas kedalaman maksimum scour yang diijinkan kriteria stabilitas API RP 2A WSD. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan Static Analysis. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa sensitivitas perubahan tegangan struktur akibat pengaruh P-delta dan kedalaman scouring. Struktur dianalisis dengan variasi P-delta dan kedalaman scouring guna mengetahui integritas struktur saat mengalami perubahan kondisi dari desain perancangannya. Analisis menggunakan bantuan software SACS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kedalaman maksimum scouring yang diijinkan kriteria stabilitas API RP 2A WSD untuk scouring pada satu kaki adalah 9,5m; untuk scouring pada dua kaki dan tiga kaki adalah 3,2m. Perubahan tegangan terbesar yang dianalisis terjadi pada saat P-delta 15% dan scouring dengan kedalaman 21m terjadi pada tiga kaki. Member H23 di jacket leg mengalami kenaikan tegangan maksimum sebesar 307% dari UC awal 0,41 naik menjadi 1,68. Joint 203L di joint can mengalami kenaikan tegangan maksimum sebesar 339% dari UC awal 0,660 naik menjadi 2,898. Pile PL1 di kaki vertikal mengalami kenaikan tegangan yang menyebabkan penurunan SF compression pile 17% dari SF awal 1,428 turun menjadi 1,178.

In the operation of fixed offshore structures, incidents often occur that can reduce the integrity of the building structure. One of the consequences of the incident is the slope on the platform. This causes the initial axial force (COG) to deviate horizontally, so that the structure gets an additional bending moment which is called the P-delta effect (P- effect). Besides P-delta effect, there are other problems that affect the integrity of fixed offshore structures, scouring problem. scouring that occurs in fixed offshore structures often results in construction failure. Therefore, in the design process, consideration must be given to the effect of P-delta and scouring on the integrity of fixed offshore structures and the maximum depth of scour that is allowed for the stability criteria of API RP 2A WSD. The approach taken is the Static Analysis approach. The method used is a sensitivity analysis of structural stress changes due to the P-delta effect and scouring depth. The structure is analyzed with variation of P-delta and scouring depth to determine the integrity of the structure when it changes the conditions of its design. The analysis using SACS software. Based on the results of the analysis, maximum allowable scouring depth the stability criteria of the API RP 2A WSD for scouring on one leg is 9.5m; for scouring on two leg and three leg is 3.2m. The biggest increase in stress analyzed occurred at P-delta 15% and scouring with a depth of 21m occurred at three feet. H23 members in the jacket leg have maximum stress increase 307% from the initial UC of 0.41 to 1.68. The 203L joint in the joint can have a maximum stress increase 339% from the initial UC 0.660 to 2.898. The PL1 pile in the vertical leg have an increase in stress which causes a decrease in the SF compression pile 17% from the initial SF 1,428 to 1,178.
