Abstract
Sedangkan momen ‘the bounce, time changing and diverse’ serta ‘rough, warm, soft and cold’ diterapkan lebih ke material dinding, langit-langit dan lantai.

Phenomenological architecture shows the basic integrity of perception between humans and architecture, one of which is in the form of multisensorial system experiences. However, the development of architectural design tends to be dominated by visual experiences rather than sensory experiences. Therefore, this design thesis aims to provide a design concept with a phenomenological approach based on all sensory experiences, not only visuals in recognizing architecture. The object of this design is a training and creativity center building with a multisensory approach, especially for people with visual impairments.
This research-based design uses a concept based framework by starting with the submission of big ideas that come from experiences with visual impairments towards architecture. In formulating design issues and hypotheses, this thesis employs qualitative study by using literature review / theory research methods, participatory observation and in-depth interviews which are analyzed descriptively. The design methods used are domain-to-domain transfer, analogy and spatial programming.
From the results of the study found initial hypothesis refers to the word memorable as an architecture. Through this hypothesis (memorable) builds some proposed moments, namely simple, free, warm, fresh, danger, bounce, time changing, diverse, rough and calm. From the determination of these moments, it is used to arrange the design elements of a training and creativity center facility for the blind sensory. ‘Simple, monumental and fragnant’ moments are supplemented by landscape and circulation elements; moment of ‘danger, loud and sharp’ are applied to elements of walls and landscapes; ‘fresh, free, and calm’fresh moments applied to the landscape, apeture and ceiling. While ‘the bounce, time changing and diverse’ moments as well as ‘rough, warm, soft and cold’ moments are applied more to the wall, ceiling and floor material.
