Abstract
Penelitian mengenai motor listrik mengalami perkembangan yang pesat selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu jenis motor listrik yang banyak digunakan adalah motor induksi. Motor induksi sangat banyak digunakan, akan tetapi pada kondisi operasi yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan lebih awal. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan model motor induksi dengan penambahan kopling dan analisa perbandingan keadaan motor induksi saat kondisi normal (aligned) dengan kondisi saat mengalami angular misalignment. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pemodelan motor induksi, selanjutnya pemodelan angular misalignment, dan yang terakhir adalah analisa spektrum arus dan torsi. Pemodelan angular misalignment dilakukan dengan penambahan model kopling pada motor induksi-beban dengan variabel yang divariasikan sudut alfa. Pada penelitian ini, nilai alfa yang digunakan adalah 1° dan 5°. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, saat mengalami angular misalignment pada spektrum arus terdapat peak yang muncul saat f+2fr dan f+2fr. Sedangkan pada spektrum torsi dan kecepatan terdapat peak saat 2fr. Pada saat alfa bernilai 1°, nilai puncak menunjukkan nilai lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan peak saat alfa bernilai 5°.

Research on electric motors has experienced rapid development over the past few years. One type of electric motor that is widely used is an induction motor. Induction motors are very widely used, but in improper operating conditions can cause damage earlier. In this final project research is carried out the design of an induction motor model with the addition of a coupling and a comparative analysis of the state of the induction motor under normal conditions (aligned) with conditions when experiencing angular misalignment. This research begins with induction motor modeling, then angular misalignment modeling, and finally the current and torque spectrum analysis. Angular misalignment modeling is done by adding a coupling model to the induction motor-load with variable varying alpha angle. In this study, the alpha values used were 1 ° and 5 °. Based on research that has been done, when experiencing angular misalignment in the current spectrum there are peaks that appears at f+2fr and f+2fr. Meanwhile in the torque and speed spectrum there is a peak at 2fr. When alpha is 1 °, the peak value is smaller than the peak when alpha is 5 °.
