Abstract
Giyomi.id adalah UMKM yang memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian wanita. Mereka memproduksi produknya dengan merancang ide desain pakaian terlebih dahulu dan menugaskan vendor untuk memproduksi pakaian wanita sesuai dengan ide desain sebelumnya, oleh karena itu Giyomi.id memiliki ketergantungan kepada setiap vendor mereka. Ketergantungan tersebut membuat pengawasan terhadap vendor menjadi faktor sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan bisnis UMKM ini, karena mereka perlu untuk memutuskan keberlangsungan kerja sama terhadap vendor sesuai dengan performa masing-masing vendor, namun saat ini pengawasan terhadap vendor masih menggunakan metode konvensional yaitu melalui telepon, sehingga kurang efektif dan sulit untuk dilakukan. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak buruk yaitu keterlambatan proses produksi dan akhirnya dapat menimbulkan kerugian finansial. Melihat permasalahan pengawasan vendor yang ada di Giyomi.id, diperlukan sebuah sistem manajemen vendor yang dapat memantu untuk mengawasi kinerja setiap vendor.
Tugas akhir yang sebelumnya menghasilkan luaran berupa desain prototipe aplikasi yang akan digunakan sebagai referensi sistem yang penulis teruskan. Sistem tersebut dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Flutter, sistem tersebut hanya berfokus pada bagian pengembangan aplikasi frontend saja. Aplikasi frontend yang dikembangkan dapat berjalan secara cross platform di beberapa sistem operasi yaitu Android dan juga Ios. Proses pengujian kinerja aplikasi frontend dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode testing yaitu Black Box Testing dan Usability Testing. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang berjenis waterfall.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah aplikasi frontend sistem manajemen vendor yang sudah sesuai dengan desain prototipe, dapat terintegrasi dengan aplikasi backend yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya, dan juga dokumentasi aplikasi frontend yang berguna untuk keperluan tugas akhir selanjutnya. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Giyomi.id dapat melakukan proses pengawasan kinerja setiap vendor yang bekerja sama dengan mereka secara efektif dan efisien.

Giyomi.id is an MSME that produces various kinds of women's clothing. They produce their products by designing clothing design ideas in advance and assigning vendors to produce women's clothing according to the previouse design ideas, therefore Giyomi.id has a dependency on each of their vendors. This dependence makes supervision of vendors a very important factor for the sustainability of this MSME business, because they need to decice on the continuity of cooperation with vendors according to the performance of each vendor, but currently monitoring vendors still use conventional methods, namely by telephone, so it is less effective and difficult to do. This can have a negative impact, namely delays in the production process and ultimately can cause financial losses. Seeing the problem of vendor supervision at Giyomi.id, a vendor management system is needed that can help oversee the performance of each vendor.
Previous final project produced an output in the form of an application prototype design that will e used as a system reference thet the author continues. The system can be developed using Flutter framework, the system only focuses on the frontend application development section. The frontend application being developed can run cross-platform on several operating systems, namely Android and Ios. The frontend application performance testing process is carried out using several testing methods, namely Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall-type of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method.
The results obtained from this final project is a vendor management system frontend application that is in accordance with the protytpe design, can be integrated with the backend application that hhas been made before, and also frontend application documentation which is useful for the purposes of the next final project. With this system, Giyomi.id can carry out the process of monitoring the performance of each vendor who works with them effectively and efficiently.
