Abstract
Berdasarkan studi EHRA 2015, Kelurahan Rangkah termasuk ke dalam klasifikasi beresiko tinggi terhadap kesehatan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh kondisi sanitasi yang masih buruk. Walaupun sebagian besar penduduk sudah memiliki toilet, namun masih ada yang belum dilengkapi dengan tangki septik. Sedangkan grey water dialirkan ke saluran drainase tanpa diolah. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sistem penyaluran dan instalasi pengolahan air limbah domestik secara komunal.
Tahapan perencanaan dimulai dari perizinan, survei lokasi, pengumpulan data, studi literatur, pengolahan data, pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Data yang digunakan dalam perencanaan adalah data primer, berupa kualitas air limbah dan survey kondisi eksisting dan data sekunder yang berupa HSPK Kota Surabaya, data topografi dan data pemakaian air bersih. Data primer diambil dari pengukuran langsung dilapangan dan pengambilan sampel di kelurahan Rangkah sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari dinas terkait.
Jumlah penduduk yang dilayani pada perencanaan ini yaitu 21530 jiwa. Kualitas air limbah domestik yang diolah yaitu TSS= 140 mg/L, BOD = 142 mg/L, COD= 235 mg/L, Minyak dan lemak= 12 mg/L, Amoniak= 22,47 mg/L dan Total koliform= 1012 MPN/100 mL sampel.
Sistem penyaluran air limbah yang digunakan yaitu shallow sewer dengan diameter pipa yang digunakan 110 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm dan 300 mm. Kedalaman maksimum penanaman pipa air limbah yaitu pada kedalaman 2,99 m dengan titik pemompaan sebanyak 4 tempat. Sedangkan unit instalasi pengolahan air limbah yang digunakan yaitu kombinasi Anaerobic Baffled reactor (ABR) – Aerobic Biofilter dengan volume efektif masing-masing yaitu 696 m3 dan 274 m3 . Kualitas effluen yang dihasilkan yaitu BOD = 4,8 mg/L, COD= 9,5 mg/L, TSS = 4,9 mg/L, NH3 out= 5,1 mg/L ,Total Koliform = 3000 MPN/100 mL. Total biaya yang dibutuhkan yaitu Rp. 29.297.569.000.

Based on EHRA study in 2015, Rangkah village included in to high risk of environmental health which caused by the condition of sanitation that still bad. Eventhough almost all of the local residents already have toilet, it does not equipped with septic tank. While, the grey water is streamed in to drainage channel without being treated. The purpose of this plan is to design a communal domestic sewerage system and sewage treatment.
The planning stage is started by licensing, location survey, data collection, literature study, data processing, discussion, and conclusions.Data that used in planning is primer data, such as wastewater quality, existing condition survey, and secondary data such as HSPK of Surabaya city, topographic data, and water usage data. Primer data were obtained from direct measurement in the field and sampling in Rangkah village, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies.
The total population in this plan is 21530 people. The quality of domestic wastewater is TSS = 140 mg / L, BOD = 142 mg / L, COD = 235 mg / L, Oil and fat = 12 mg / L, Ammonia = 22.47 mg / L and Total coliform = 1012 MPN / 100 mL sample.Wastewater distribution system use shallow sewer with a pipe diameter ; 110 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm. The maximum depth of wastewater pipe is 2.99 m with 4 places pumping point. The sewage treatment plant use the combination of Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) - Aerobic Biofilter with efective volume respectively 696 m3 and 274 m3. The result of effluent quality is BOD = 4.8 mg / L, COD = 9.5 mg / L, TSS = 4.9 mg / L, NH3 out = 5.1 mg / L, Total Coliform = 3000 MPN / 100 mL . The total cost required is Rp. 29.297.569.000.
