Abstract

PT TPS merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fasilitas bongkar muat kontainer yang dilakukan di dermaga domestik dan internasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di sekitar dermaga domestik adalah penumpukan sedimen. Meningkatnya volume aktivitas bongkar muat kontainer dan melihat kondisi dermaga domestik yang kurang menguntungkan yaitu tegak lurus dengan arah datangnya arus mengakibatkan pendangkalan di area dermaga domestik. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengoptimalkan layanan demaga domestik agar meningkatkan volume aktivitas bongkar muat kontainer dilakukan pengerukan. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan volume pengerukan menggunakan dua metode yaitu software Autocad Civil 3D dan metode analitik Borrow Pit dengan volume sedimen sebesar 163.793,72 m3. Kapal keruk yang cocok untuk melakukan pekerjaan pengerukan di lokasi adalah kapal keruk tipe CSD dan Clamshell/Grab. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan durasi dan biaya pekerjaan pengerukan kapal keruk yang paling efektif dan ekonomis adalah kapal keruk CSD tipe A dengan produtifitas 4000 m3/h. Durasi pelaksanaan dengan kapal keruk tipe ini memerlukan waktu selama 29 hari dengan total biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 3.943.312.035,-. ================================================================================================== PT TPS is a company engaged in the container loading and unloading facility which is carried out at domestic and international docks. One of the problems that occur around the domestic pier is the accumulation of sediment. Increasing the volume of container loading and unloading activities and seeing the unfavorable condition of the domestic pier that is perpendicular to the direction of the flow of currents results in siltation in the domestic dock area. Therefore, to optimize domestic demaga services so as to increase the volume of container loading and unloading activities carried out dredging. In this final project, the dredging volume is calculated using two methods, Autocad Civil 3D software and Borrow Pit analytics method, then the sediment volume is 163.793,72 m3. Ships suitable for dredging work on site are CSD and Clamshell / Grab dredgers. Based on the results of the calculation of the duration and cost of dredging work the most effective and economical dredger is CSD type A dredges with 4000 m3/h produtivity. The duration of the implementation with this type of dredger takes 29 days with a total cost of Rp 3.943.312.035,-.
