Abstract
Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki potensi komoditas jeruk siam dan menjadi salah satu komoditas unggulan produk agrikultura. Salah satu kecamatan yang terkenal dengan komoditas jeruk siam di Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah Kecamatan Bangorejo. Adanya potensi komoditas jeruk siam belum dimanfaatkan dengan optimal dan sulit ditemukan pengolahan komoditas jeruk siam. Pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat lokal masih belum mengetahui diversifikasi dari komoditas jeruk siam. Karena kondisi tersebut dari dulu hingga sekarang, membuat petani jeruk siam mengalami kesejahteraan yang tidak berubah. Sehingga dari masalah tersebut diperlukan suatu konsep pembangunan untuk mengembangkan potensi lokal yaitu konsep pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan arahan pengembangan produk olahan komoditas jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo melalui pendekatan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian dilakukan empat tahapan analisis yaitu pertama, menentukan kriteria dalam penentuan produk turunan komoditas jeruk siam dengan menggunakan metode analisis delphi. Kedua, menentukan produk olahan komoditas jeruk siam dengan menggunakan metode analisis AHP dan MPE. Ketiga, menentukan faktor pengembangan produk olahan komoditas jeruk siam berdasarkan konsep pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan menggunakan metode Content Analysist. Kemudian yang terakhir adalah merumuskan arahan arahan pengembangan produk olahan komoditas jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo melalui pendekatan pengembangan ekonomi lokal menggunakan metode analisis triangulasi.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh, produk olahan yang potensial dikembangkan adalah sari buah sebagai peringkat pertama, sirup peringkat kedua dan manisan sebagai peringkat ketiga. Untuk mewujudkannya telah dihasilkan arahan pengembangan yaitu melakukan pengolahan terhadap komoditas jeruk siam grade C dan D yang berkualitas, melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu tentang prospek pengolahan, memanfaatkan balai pelatihan tenaga kerja Kabupaten Banyuwangi dan balai-balai desa Kecamatan Bangorejo untuk melaksanakan pelatihan.

Banyuwangi Regency has the potential of siam oranges commodities and has become one of the leading agricultural commodities. One of the districts that famous for the commodity of siam oranges in the Regency of Banyuwangi is the District of Bangorejo. The potential of siam oranges has not been utilized optimally and difficult to find the processing of siam oranges. The UMKM and the local community still do not know the diversification from the commodity of siam oranges. Because of these conditions from the past until now, making farmers of siam oranges have the prosperity unchanged. So from this problem, a development concept is needed to develop local potential, namely the concept of local economic development.
This research aim is to formulate the direction of the development of processed siam oranges commodities in Bangorejo District, through the approach of local economic development. To achieve the objectives of the study, four stages of analysis were carried out: first, determining the criteria in the determination of the product derivative of siam oranges using the Delphi analysis method. Second, determining the processed commodity of siam oranges commodities using AHP and MPE analysis methods. Third, determining the factors for developing processed siam oranges commodity products based on the concept of local economic development using the Content Analysis method. Then the last is to formulate directives for the development of processed siam oranges commodities in Bangorejo District through a local economic development approach using the triangulation analysis method.
Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the potential processed products developed are fruit juice as the first rank, syrup as the second rank, and sweetmeat as the third rank. To realize this, development directions have been developed, namely processing the quality of siam oranges in grade C and D, conducting socialization to the local people especially in mother circles about the prospects of processing, utilizing the Banyuwangi Regency workforce training centers and Bangorejo District village halls to carry out the training.
