Abstract
Penggunaan gambar medis sebagai dasar pemeriksaan suatu penyakit semakin meningkat dalam bidang medis, sebagian besar ekstensi citra dari alat-alat medis Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) adalah Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM, sebagai standar dalam dunia medical engineering untuk menyimpan, mencetak dan bertukar informasi dalam dunia pencitraan biomedis. Pada file DICOM terdapat informasi tentang nama pasien, jenis scan, dimensi gambar, serta semua data citra lainnya, sehingga memudahkan komunikasi antar paramedis. Secara komputasi, DICOM File ini tidak di-support secara otomatis oleh sistem operasi. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk membaca file DICOM maka dikembangkan aplikasi manajemen citra MRI berbasis framework Laravel. Melalui aplikasi tersebut akan menampilkan hasil file DICOM untuk melihat gambar citra medis. Pengembangan aplikasi manajemen citra MRI dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengupload citra DICOM, dan akan dilakukan proses capture dan penambahan informasi pasien yang selanjutnya akan ditampung di server mysql Orthanc untuk proses manajemen citra.

The use of medical images as the basis for examining a disease is increasing in the medical field, most of the extension of images from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) medical devices is Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM, as a standard in the world of medical engineering for storing, printing and exchange information in the world of biomedical imaging. In the DICOM file there is information about the patient's name, type of scan, image dimensions, and all other image data, so that communication between paramedics becomes easier. Computationally, this DICOM file is not supported automatically by the operating system. So that a system is needed to read DICOM files, an MRI image management application based on the Laravel framework was developed. Through this application, it will display the results of the DICOM file to view medical images. The development of the MRI image management application developed a web-based application that allows users to upload DICOM images, and the process of capturing and adding patient information will be carried out which will then be accommodated on the Orthanc mysql server for the image management process.
