Abstract
Kantor merupakan salah satu sarana yang paling penting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Penataan ruang yang baik pada sebuah kantor, dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi para pengguna kantor, terutama karyawan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja. Selain itu, dengan perancangan desain interior yang baik dan sesuai dengan citra perusahaan, maka dapat meningkatkan nilai sebuah perusahaan. Saat ini, terdapat banyak perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang properti di Surabaya. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang properti adalah PT. Oase Arta Kapital. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan properti yang mengutamakan kualitas. Untuk mendukung sistem kerja kantor yang membutuhkan teamworks yang tinggi maka model kantor open workspace cocok digunakan untuk tipe pekerjaan yang membutuhkan mobilitas tinggi.
Pengumpulan data mengenai kantor PT. Oase Arta Capital dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan guna mengetahui keadaan terkini desain kantor dan obervasi tidak langsung untuk mengumpulkan data-data melalui website kantor. Wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber termasuk berbagai staff. Pengumpulan data digunakan untuk mengetahui standar desain yang digunakan, pembanding dan referensi yang diperlukan berkaitan dengan objek desain.
Dari data yang didapatkan dapat disimpulkan perancangan desain interior kantor Oase Arta Capital yang sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan corporate image perusahaan, serta efisiensi atau pemanfaatan ruang untuk memaksimalkan fungsi ruang. Selain itu, penggabungan beberapa elemen interior agar menciptakan sebuah desain interior yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan, serta mencerminkan semangat transparansi untuk ethos kerja yang inovatif, efisien, dan jujur, sehingga dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi kerja karyawan PT. Oase Arta Capital.

To support office work systems that require high teamwork, the open workspace office model is suitable for +type of work that requires high mobility.
Data collection regarding the office of PT. Ota Arta Capital is conducted using a field observation method to determine the current state of office design and indirect observation to collect data through the office website. Interviews with several speakers including various staff. Data collection is used to determine the design standards used, comparisons and references needed relating to the design object.
Therefore, it is necessary to design the interior design of the Oase Arta Capital office in accordance with the company's vision, mission and corporate image, as well as the efficiency or use of space to maximize the function of the space. In addition, the incorporation of several interior elements in order to create an interior design that can provide comfort, and reflect the spirit of transparency for an innovative, efficient and honest work ethic, so as to improve the work optimization of PT.
