Abstract
Tren penggunaan Software as a Service atau SaaS telah mendorong organisasi pada level perguruan tinggi untuk menggunakan SaaS terrsebut, salah satu implementasi SaaS dalam perguruan tinggi adalah Microsoft 365. Di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) telah mengimplementasikan Microsoft 365 sejak tahun 2016.
Implementasi Microsoft 365 ITS sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di Departemen sistem informasi, dibuktikan dengan hampir semua mata kuliah di departemen sistem informasi menggunakan fasilitas Microsof 365 dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Mulai dari penggunaan Office tools seperti Ms. Word dan sebagainya, Ms. Teams, Ms. Sway, sampai dengan Sharepoint. Intensitas penggunaan Microsoft 365 yang cukup tinggi di lingkungan ITS khususnya departmen sistem informasi mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengguna untuk terus menggunakan Microsoft 365
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi User Continuance Intention Microsoft 365 menggunakan kombinasi antara Technology Acceptance Model, Task Technoligy Fit dan social influence. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi User Continuance Intention Microsoft 365. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survei kepada mahasiswa Departemen Sistem Informasi ITS, sebagai salah satu pengguna Microsoft 365 di ITS

Trends in using Software as a Service or SaaS have encouraged organizations at the tertiary level to use the SaaS, one of the SaaS implementations in tertiary institutions is Microsoft 365. Institut teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) has been implementing Microsoft 365 since 2016.
The implementation of Microsoft 365 ITS is very helpful in the learning process in the information systems department, as evidenced by almost all courses in the information systems department using Microsof 365 facilities to support learning activities. Starting from using Office tools like Ms. Word and so on, Ms. Teams, Ms. Sway, up to Sharepoint. The intensity of the use of Microsoft 365 which is quite high in the ITS environment especially the information systems department encourages the author to conduct research on what factors influence users to continue to use Microsoft 365
This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence Microsoft 365 User Continuance Intention using a combination of Technology Acceptance Model, Task Technology Fit and social influence. It is expected that this research can provide recommendations that can be used to improve the factors that affect Microsoft 365 User Continuance Intention. In this study a survey was conducted to ITS Information Systems Department students, as one of Microsoft 365 users at ITS
