Abstract
Arsitektur informasi adalah sebuah model dari data dan informasi organisasi yang berisi kebutuhan organisasi berdasar proses bisnis. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam hal perencanaan arsitektur adalah tersedianya suatu referensi model informasi organisasi, yang akan menjadi rujukan seluruh desain software aplikasi di tahap selanjutnya.
Pemerintah provinsi XYZ telah membuat dokumen Rencana Induk Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) guna meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi institusi pemerintah. Namun dengan terpilihnya gubernur baru, diperlukan penyesuaian terhadap dokumen Rencana Induk TIK. Dokumen Rencana Induk TIK lama akan digunakan sebagai panduan untuk pengembangan teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun mendatang, yaitu mulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023.
Maka dari itu diperlukannya Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMD) Provinsi XYZ beserta perencanaan arsitektur.
Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) yang diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 95 Tahun 2018.
Hasil penelitian ini berupa aliran data informasi Pemerintah Provinsi XYZ yang tercantum dalam matriks aliran data dan informasi beserta pengguna kebutuhan informasi, kumpulan database beserta tabel dalam database yang digunakan untuk menampung data dan informasi dari masing-masing OPD Pemerintah Provinsi XYZ, Entity Relantionship Diagram (ERD) guna menampilkan hubungan antar database, serta Conceptual Data Diagram.

Information architecture is a model from organization data and information which consist of organization’s requirement based on business process. The setting goal from making information architecture is the availability of an organizational information model reference, which later will be used for a recommendation for designing software aplications.
Pemerintah Provinsi XYZ already has a document of Rencana Induk Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (RITIK) to improve the utilization of information technology and communication in government. In the meantime, the general election has chosen a new governor who has a new vision thus has to be adjusted into the RITIK document. The past RITIK document will become a new foundation of the information and communication development within the next 5 years, from 2019 to 2023. Therefore, the government need a Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMD) Provinsi XYZ document with the complement of architecture.
The method used by the researcher Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) which written on Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 95 Tahun 2018.
The results of this study are the stream of informations of Pemerintah Provinsi XYZ which listed on streams of data and information matrix along with the user who can access the information, database along with table contents to contain data and informations from each units/sub units, Entity Relantionship Diagram (ERD) to reveal the connection between database, and Conceptual Data Diagram.
