Abstract
Pengembangan SPAM Regional merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan operasional PDAM dengan memanfaatkan sumber air baku yang tersedia dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu pengembangan SPAM Regional di Jawa Timur adalah SPAM Regional Mojolagres. Kabupaten Gresik dapat memperoleh distribusi air dari SPAM regional Mojolagres sebesar 100 L/detik secara bertahap. Maka direncanakan sistem distribusi air minum oleh PDAM di Kecamatan Benjeng yang airnya diperoleh dari SPAM regional Mojolagres.
Perencanaan wilayah pelayanan memperhatikan perkembangan penduduk serta rencana pembangunan khususnya di bidang SPAM hingga tahun 2030. Langkah awal perencanaan ini dengan melakukan proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk dan dilanjutkan dengan proyeksi kebutuhan air hingga tahun 2030 untuk wilayah yang dilayani. Sehingga dapat direncanakan jaringan pipa distribusi air minum dari PDAM yang bersumber dari SPAM regional Mojolagres. Hal ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada akses air minum.
Hasil pada perencanaan ini yaitu, terpetakannya wilayah pelayanan SPAM di Kecamatan Benjeng. Kecamatan Benjeng mendapat debit rata-rata sebesar 38,94 L/s dari SPAM Regional Mojolagres. Pengaliran air SPAM Regional Mojolagres di Kecamatan Benjeng melayani 44 dusun dalam 16 desa. Pipa baru terpasang dan mengalirkan air dari Kecamatan Balongpanggang menuju Kecamatan Benjeng dan Cerme menggantikan pipa lama yang alirannya dari Kecamatan Cerme menuju Kecamatan Benjeng dan Balongpanggang. Pipa yang digunakan adalah pipa HDPE. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan ini sebesar Rp13.273.615.982. Hasil perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih untuk masyarakat dan menunjang program pemerintah di sektor air bersih.

One of the regional SPAM developments in East Java is the Mojolagres regional drinking water distribution system. Gresik regency will receive water distribution from the Mojolagres regional drinking water distribution system up to 100 L/s gradually. Therefore the drinking water distribution system will be planned by the PDAM in Benjeng district where the water is obtained from Mojolagres regional drinking water distribution system.
The plan determines the service area by taking into account population development and development plans, especially in the drinking water distribution system sector until 2030. The initial step of this plan is to make a projection of population growth and continued with water demand projections until 2030 for the area served. So that the drinking water distribution pipeline can be planned from the PDAM sourced from the Mojolagres regional drinking water distribution system. This is an effort to improve services on access to drinking water.
The results of this plan are the mapping of SPAM service areas in Benjeng District. Benjeng District received an average debit of 38.94 L/s from the Mojolagres Regional SPAM. Mojolagres Regional SPAM water drainage in Benjeng District serves 44 hamlets in 16 villages. A new pipe was installed and drained water from Balongpanggang District to Benjeng and Cerme Districts replacing the old pipes that flow from Cerme District to Benjeng and Balongpanggang Districts. The pipe used is HDPE pipe. Costs required for this development amounted to Rp13,273,615,982. The results of this planning are expected to meet the needs of clean water for the community and support government programs in the clean water sector.
