Abstract

Kondisi industri susu segar di Desa Sukorejo masih cenderung lemah karena belum adanya produk turunan yang dihasilkan, padahal Desa Sukorejo merupakan desa dengan jumlah sapi perah terbanyak. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan arahan pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis susu segar di Desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Musuk Kabupaten Boyolali. Terdapat tiga tahapan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian yaitu tahap pertama mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis susu segar di Desa Sukorejo menggunakan metode Content Analysis. Tahap kedua yaitu menentukan produk turunan komoditas susu di Desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Musuk Kabupaten Boyolali menggunakan metode analisis nilai tambah. Tahap ketiga yaitu merumuskan arahan pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis susu segar di Desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Musuk Kabupaten Boyolali menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah arahan pengembangan yang secara garis besar berupa pengembangan produk olahan melalui pelatihan – pelatihan yang diberikan melalui pemerintah daerah dengan bekerja sama baik dengan pihak swasta ataupun dengan lembaga pendidikan. ==================================================================================================== The condition of the fresh milk industry in Sukorejo Village still tends to be weak because there are no derivative products produced, even though Sukorejo Village is the village with the highest number of dairy cows. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to formulate directives for the development of a fresh milk-based local economy in Sukorejo Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. There are three stages to achieving the research objectives, including the first stage is identify the characteristics of local economic development based on fresh milk in Sukorejo Village using the Content Analysis method. The second stage is determines dairy product derivatives in Sukorejo Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency using the value added analysis method. The third stage is formulates the direction of local economic development based on pure milk in Sukorejo Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency using the triangulation method. The results of this study are development guidelines that generally outline the development of processed products through trainings provided through local governments in collaboration with the private sector or with educational institutions.
