Abstract

Persimpangan lazim ditemui di daerah perkotaan. Tidak sedikit persimpangan menimbulkan permasalah seperti kemacetan akibat tundaan yang terjadi, salah satunya di Simpang Kentungan Kota Yogyakarta. Untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan mengurai volume kendaraan maka perlu dilakukan rencana pembangunan underpass di Simpang Kentungan.
Tugas akhir ini berupa analisis kelayakan lalu lintas dan ekonomi pembangunan underpass Kentungan, Yogyakarta. Kelayakan lalu lintas dinilai dengan membandingkan kinerja jalan sebelum adanya underpass dengan setelah adanya underpass. Kelayakan Ekonomi dinilai berdasarkan analisis Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Net Present Value (NPV).
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan Dj pada tahun 2020 (without project) yaitu 0,959 dari arah Timur dan 1,028 dari arah Barat. Derajat kejenuhan menurun pada jalan eksisting setelah beroperasinya underpass pada tahun 2020 dimana Dj menjadi 0,54 dari arah Timur dan 0,625 dari arah Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan dari segi ekonomi akan didapatkan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR)=2,112>1, Net Present Value (NPV)=Rp 348.867.160.752 > 0. Sesuai persyaratan untuk analisis kelayakan ekonomi, rencana pembangunan Underpass Kentungan Yogyakarta ini dapat dikatakan layak.

Intersections are common in urban areas. Not a few intersections cause problems such as congestion due to delays that occur, one of which is at the Simpang Kentungan of Yogyakarta City. To reduce congestion and break down the vehicle volume, it is necessary to plan the construction of an underpass at Simpang Kentungan.
This final project is in the form of an analysis of the feasibility of traffic and economic of the construction Kentungan underpass, Yogyakarta. The feasibility of traffic is assessed by comparing the performance of the road before and after the underpass. Economic Feasibility is assessed based on Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV) analysis.
Based on calculation, Degree of Saturation (Dj) by year
2020 (without project) is 0,959 from Northern area and 1,028 from Southern area. Degree of Saturation (Dj) should be depleting at existing road after the new underpass is fully operated by year 2020 where new Dj is calculated 0,634 from Northern area and 0,75 at from Southern area. Based on feasibility analysis from economic aspect Benefit Cost Ration (BCR) 2,112 > 1 is obtained and Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp Rp 348.867.160.752 > 0. The result is very satisfying according to feasibility study, so Construction Plan of Kentungan Underpas at Yogyakarta is convincing.
