Abstract
Dalam laporan proyek ini membahas tentang proses perancangan dua proyek diantaranya adalah pengembangan rancangan rumah tinggal tipe mimosa pada cluster perumahan citraland dan perancangan rumah tingal AD8 yang keduanya berlokasi di Surabaya. Proses perancangan yang dimaksud meliputi tahapan konsep awal, preliminary design, dan design development. Dalam hal ini, penulis berusaha untuk melakukan proses desain dengan didasari oleh kebutuhan pengguna akan hunian yang diinginkan dengan tetap mengacu kepada kondisi tapak. Disisi lain, bangunan yang dirancang juga harus memenuhi aturan-aturan dasar yang berlaku. Hasil akhir dari laporan proyek ini merupakan akumulasi dari setiap proses yang ada dan diharapkan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktivitas dari pengguna.

In this project report discusses the design process of two projects, including the development of the mimosa type residential design in the Citraland housing cluster and the design of the AD8 residence, both of which are located in Surabaya. The design process in question includes the initial concept stages, preliminary design, and design development. In this case, the author tries to carry out the design process based on the user's need for the desired occupancy while still referring to the site conditions. On the other hand, the building that is designed must also meet the basic rules that apply. The final result of this project report is an accumulation of each existing process and is expected to be in accordance with the activity needs of the user.
