Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis keandalan sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga gas PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi. Sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga gas PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi terdiri atas 4 subsistem utama yaitu air compressor, combustor, turbine gas, dan power generator yang terhubung secara seri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat performansi keandalan sistem pada level 1 yaitu sistem pembangkit dan level 2 yaitu subsistem pembangkit. Metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan keandalan sistem adalah phase-type distribution (distribusi PH). Closure properties dari distribusi PH digunakan untuk mendapatkan fungsi keandalan sistem dari masing-masing fungsi keandalan peralatan. Suatu fungsi keandalan akan memberikan informasi yang lengkap sehingga perhitungan keandalan sistem dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah. Hasil perhitungan keandalan sistem dengan pendekatan distribusi PH berupa fungsi keandalan sistem yang berdistribusi phase-type. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan pada subsistem kritis dengan mempertimbangkan peralatan-peralatan kritis yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam keandalan sistem. Hasil analisis dan perancangan skenario perbaikan sistem menunjukkan penerapan standby redundancy dengan perfect switch merupakan rekomendasi terbaik untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem. ================================================================================================================== This research discusses the reliability analysis of the gas power plant system at PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi. The gas power plant system at PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi consists of 4 main subsystems connected in series system, there are air compressor, combustor, turbine gas, and power generator. This research was conducted to see the reliability performance of the system at level 1 the generator system and level 2 the generator subsystem. The method used in calculating the reliability of the system is the phase-type distribution (PH distribution). The closure properties of the PH distribution are used to obtain the system reliability function of each equipment reliability function. A reliability function will provide complete information so that system reliability calculations can be done more easily. The results of system reliability calculations with the PH distribution approach are in the form of a system reliability function with a phase-type distribution. Sensitivity analysis is carried out on critical subsystems by considering critical equipment that has a big impact on system reliability. The results of the analysis and design of a system improvement scenario show that the implementation of standby redundancy with the perfect switch is the best recommendation to improve system reliability.
