Abstract
Usaha perhotelan berkembang dengan pesat seiring kemajuan sector pariwisata dan bisnis. Namun, kebutuhan dasar manusia tentang kualitas istirahat yang baik menjadi suatu hal yang penting dan begitupun harus diperhatikan oleh pengusaha hotel. Di kota Surabaya, industri hotel bersaing dengan ketat, karena Surabaya sudah menjadi salah satu kota dengan tujuan untuk bisnis yang tinggi salah satu Hotel di Surabaya yaitu Hotel bekizaar Surabaya bergerak dalam bidang hotel bisnis di Surabaya. Dengan ini tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat alternative desain Hotel Bekizaar Surabaya dengan mengutamakan Kesehatan dan kesejahteraan pengguna serta menyelesaikan permasalahan akustik yang ada juga demi mempertahankan atau meningkatkan tingkat okupansi yang telah di capai perusahaan sebesar 90%. Metode dari penelitian yang akan diterapkan yang pertama proses pengumpulan data, lalu analisis data setalah itu dilanjutkan dengan tahap desain hingga mengahasilkan hasil akhir alternative desain hotel. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah disebutkan dan data yang sudah didapat, konsep yang diterapkan adalah well-bieng design yang focus kepada kesejahteraan dan Kesehatan pengguna ruangan dan juga penerapan optimasi akustik, penerapan konsep dan optimasi tersebut berdasarkan hasil Analisa wawancara dengan pihak hotel dan juga berdasarkan penyelesaian masalah didalamnya dengan di sampul oleh style modern luxury berdasarkan visi misi Hotel Bekizaar Surabaya. Dan pada akhirnya hasil dari penelitian ini adalah alternative desain 3 dimensi dari ruang terpilih yaitu area lobby, restoran serta kamar tidur dan koridor. Yang nantinya, penerapan konsep ini diharapkan dapat mempertahankan kualitas hotel yang sudah baik ataupun meningkatkan kualitas hotel yang sejalan dengan Kesehatan dan kesejahteraan dari pengguna atau pengunjung hotel.

The hotel business is growing rapidly as the tourism and business sector advances. However, basic human needs regarding a good quality of rest are important and must also be considered by hoteliers. In the city of Surabaya, the hotel industry is competing fiercely, because Surabaya has become one of the cities with high business objectives. One of the hotels in Surabaya, namely Hotel Bekizaar Surabaya, is engaged in business hotels in Surabaya. With this the aim of this study is to make an alternative design for Bekizaar Hotel Surabaya by prioritizing the health and welfare of users and solving existing acoustic problems in order to maintain or increase the occupancy rate that the company has achieved by 90%. The method of the research that will be applied is the first data collection process, then data analysis, after that it is continued with the design stage to produce the final result of an alternative hotel design. Based on the background that has been mentioned and the data that has been obtained, the concept applied is well-bieng design which focuses on the welfare and health of room users and also the application of acoustic optimization, the application of the concept and optimization is based on the results of the analysis of interviews with the hotel and also based on the settlement the problem inside is covered by modern luxury style based on the vision and mission of Hotel Bekizaar Surabaya. And in the end, the result of this research is an alternative 3-dimensional design of the selected room, namely the lobby area, restaurant and bedrooms and corridors. Which later, the application of this concept is expected to maintain the quality of hotels that are already good or improve the quality of hotels that are in line with the health and welfare of hotel users or visitors.
