Abstract

Loadout merupakan salah satu operasi untuk instalasi sebuah Bangunan Lepas Pantai. Loadout terdiri dari beberapa metode. Salah satunya adalah dengan metode lifting. Dalam analisis lifting struktur topside dengan berat total 1456,03 T ini, dilakukan analisis statis. Pada saat struktur topside di lifting terjadi pergeseran titik berat (Center Of Gravity). Pergeseran COG saat lifting sangat berpengaruh pada besar beban yang diangkat oleh rigging, sehingga terjadi perbedaan beban yang diangkat pada setiap rigging. Beban terbesar yang diterima rigging adalah sebesar 516,01 T pada joint PD01. Proses lifting terkadang hanya memperhatikan keadaan statis tidak memperhatikan keadaan secara dinamis. Untuk beban dinamis biasanya dimasukan dalam dynamic load factor. Dalam faktor tersebut telah mencangkup banyak kondisi dinamis. Pada umumnya faktor ini dikalikan pada beban statis. Analisis secara lokal dilakukan terhadap struktur padeye untuk mengetahui integritas dari dstruktur tersebut. Dilakukan beberapa pengecekan terhadap perbandingan tegangan yang terjadi dengan tegangan ijin yang berlaku pada beberapa tinjauan tegangan. Analisis lokal pada struktur padeye dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak dan didapatkan hasil equivalent von-mises stress sebesar 94.801 MPa, dengan tegangan ijin pada material Baja ASTM A890 sebesar 345.72 MPa. ========================================================= Loadout is an operation for the installation of an Offshore Building. Loadout consists of several methods. One of them is the lifting method. In the analysis of the lifting of the topside structure with a total weight of 1456.03 T, a static analysis was performed. At the topside structure in the lifting there is a shift in the center of gravity. COG shift when lifting is very influential on the amount of load lifted by rigging, so there is a difference in the load being lifted at each rigging. The biggest load received by rigging is 516.01 T on the PD01 joint. The lifting process sometimes only considers the static state, not the dynamic conditions. For dynamic loads usually included in the dynamic load factor. In this factor many dynamic conditions have been included. In general this factor is multiplied by the static load. Local analysis was carried out on the structure of the padeye to determine the integrity of the structure. Some checks are made of the comparison of the voltage that occurs with the permit voltage that applies to several voltage reviews. Local analysis on the structure of padeye was carried out using software and an equivalent von-mises stress result of 94.801 MPa was obtained, with the permit stress on the ASTM A890 Steel material of 345.72 MPa.
