Abstract

Analisis biomarka fraksi hidrokarbon alifatik dan aromatik pada sampel minyak mentah Blok Cepu, formasi Wonocolo, Jawa Timur dilakukan untuk mengetahui implikasi geokimia organik. Analisis biomarka dilakukan melalui metode fraksinasi serta identifikasi struktur menggunakan instrumen Kromatografi GasSpektrometri Massa (KG-SM). Keberadaan senyawa n-alkana dengan distribusi bimodal pada analisis sampel minyak mentah Blok Cepu menunjukan masukan sumber bahan organik lebih dari satu. Besarnya nilai (∑2/∑1) = 1,19, wax index = 0,75 serta ditemukannya senyawa aromatik heterosiklik mengindikasikan sumber bahan organik berasal dari alga, bakteri dan tumbuhan tingkat tinggi terestrial pada lingkungan pengendapan marin dan lakustrin. Nilai rasio Pr/Ph sebesar 4,89 dan Ts/Tm+Ts sebesar 0,36 serta keberadaan senyawa 1,2,7-TMN dan 1,2,5-TMN menunjukan sampel minyak mentah Blok Cepu terendapkan dalam lingkungan oksik. Sedangkan, didapatkan nilai CPI sebesar 1,68 dan LHCPI sebesar 0,88 serta ditemukannya senyawa 1,6-DMN dan kadalena dengan kelimpahan tinggi menunjukan kematangan termal yang rendah dari sampel minyak mentah Blok Cepu yang dianalisis.

Biomarkers analysis of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon fraction in Cepu Block crude oil samples, Wonocolo formation, East Java, was carried out to determine the implications of organic geochemistry. Biomarka analysis was carried out through the fractionation method and structural identification using the Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (KG-SM) instrument. The existence of n-alkane compounds with bimodal distribution in Cepu Block crude oil samples, shows more than one input of organic material. The value of (∑2/∑1) = 1.19, wax index = 0.75 and the discovery of heterocyclic aromatic compounds indicate the source of organic material derived from algae, bacterial and terrestrial plants in the marine and lacustrine depositional environment. Pr / Ph ratio values = 4.89 and Ts / Tm + Ts = 0.36 and the presence of 1,2,7-TMN and 1,2,5-TMN compounds indicate the Cepu Block oil sample is deposited in an oxidic environment. Meanwhile, a CPI value = 1.68, LHCPI = 0.88, the discovery of 1,6-DMN compounds and high abundance cadalene showed low thermal maturity from the Cepu Block crude oil sample analyzed
