Abstract

Meningkatnya penjualan produk pada PT. Petrokimia Gresik (PG) memaksa segala peralatan yang berada di Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS) harus dalam keandalan yang optimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka adanya alternatif dalam perawatan pada peralatan TUKS PG tetap handal dan mengurangi downtime alat. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah menentukan prioritas risiko dan perawatan pada Kangaroo Crane berdasarkan metode RPN untuk meningkatkan kehandalannya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pada tugas akhir ini yaitu Metode RPN. Dalam tugas akhir ini, analisa yang dilakukan yaitu analisa kuantitatif dan analisa kualitatif dengan mengambil data dari perhitungan dan penentuan komponen kritis. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan akan bisa menentukan Maintenance Task yang bisa menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan untuk menentukan model maintenance pada Kangooro Crane. ============================================================================================================ Increased product sales at PT. Petrochemical Gresik (PG) forces all equipment in the Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS) to be of optimum reliability. Based on this, the existence of alternatives in maintenance on TUKS PG equipment remains reliable and reduces downtime of any tools. The purpose of this Final Project is to determine the priority of risk and maintenance on Kangaroo Crane based on the RPN method to improve its reliability. The methodology used in this thesis is the RPN Method. In this thesis, the analysis conducted is quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis by taking data from the calculation and determination of critical components. The results of the study are expected to be able to determine the Maintenance Task that can be considered by the company to determine the maintenance model on Kangooro Crane.
