Abstract

Tidak adanya sistem pemeringkatan suatu galangan reparasi kapal akan menyulitkan pihak pemilik kapal (Owner) untuk memilih dan menilai suatu galangan. Saat ini masih banyak Owner yang memilih galangan berdasarkan cara-cara konvensional, sehingga belum ada suatu wadah khusus yang dapat memberikan informasi pemeringkatan galangan reparasi secara objektif yang dapat diakses secara umum. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi telah membuat pergeseran aktivitas bisnis masyarakat dari cara offline menjadi cara online, salah satunya ditandai dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce dari banyak sektor industri yang ada di Indonesia. Hal ini tentunya juga akan mempengaruhi sektor perkapalan di Indonesia, sehingga dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perancangan aplikasi komputer untuk pemeringkatan galangan reparasi kapal berbasis ulasan pelanggan. Proses awal perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan cara menentukan dan melakukan pembobotan kriteria penilaian galangan reparasi kapal menggunakan metode AHP. Kemudian didapatkan 9 kriteria dengan bobot untuk masing-masing kriteria yaitu: Mutu Reparasi (16,7%), Waktu Reparasi (14,7%), Biaya Reparasi (12,5%), Fasilitas Reparasi (12,1%), Lokasi Galangan (11,2%), Pengalaman Galangan (10,4%), Tenaga Kerja Galangan (8,8%), Pelayanan Galangan (7,6%), dan Manajemen Galangan (6,1%). Setelah mendapatkan kriteria dan bobotnya, kemudian dilakukan perancangan aplikasi berbasis website yang menampilkan peringkat galangan sesuai dengan nilai dan ulasan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan. Perhitungan nilai dan peringkat dari masing-masing galangan akan ditentukan berdasarkan nilai per-kriteria yang kemudian diakumulasi berdasarkan bobot tiap kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Setelah dilakukan pengujian aplikasi dalam bentuk kuesioner terhadap beberapa responden dari perusahaan pelayaran, didapatkan bahwa dari rentang nilai 0-30 aplikasi ini mendapatkan nilai sebesar 28.5 dari 30, atau 94.9%, yang artinya aplikasi ini dapat dikatakan sangat diperlukan untuk diaplikasikan dalam pemeringkatan galangan reparasi kapal.

The absence of a ship repair shipyard ranking system will certainly make it difficult for the Shipowner to choose and assess a shipyard. Currently there are still many Owners that choose shipyards based on conventional ways, so that there is no specific platform that can provide information that objectively ranking the ship repair shipyards that can be accessed in public. On the other hand, technological developments have made a shift in community business activities from the offline way to the online way, one of which is marked by the growth of e-commerce from many industrial sectors in Indonesia. This will certainly also affect the shipping sector in Indonesia, so that in this Final Project a computer application design is made for the ranking of ship repair shipyards based on customer reviews. The initial process of designing the application is done by determining and weighting the criteria for assessing ship repair shipyards using the AHP method. Then obtained 9 criteria with weights for each criteria, namely: Repair Quality (16.7%), Repair Time (14.7%), Repair Costs (12.5%), Repair Facilities (12.1%), Shipyard Location (11.2%), Shipyard Experience (10.4%), Shipyard Workers (8.8%), Shipyard Services (7.6%), and Shipyard Management (6.1%). After getting the criteria and weight, then do a website-based application design. This application will display shipyard ranking according to the ratings and reviews provided by customers. Calculation of the rating and ranking of each shipyard will be determined based on per-criteria value which is then accumulated based on the weight of each predetermined criteria. After testing the application in the form of a questionnaire on several respondents from shipping companies, it was found that from the range of values from 0-30 this application gets a value of 28.5 out of 30, or 94.9%, which means this application can be said to be very necessary to be applied in the ranking of ship repair shipyards.
