Abstract

Suatu proyek konstruksi memiliki rencana dan jadwal pelaksanaan untuk membatasi waktu penyelesaian sebuah pekerjaan. Namun tidak jarang rencana dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang telah dibuat tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan dilapangan, sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. Ada dua constraints yang signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan proyek yaitu waktu dan biaya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan upaya melakukan percepatan proyek yang belum dilaksanakan, dengan mempertimbangkan waktu dan biaya (crashing), dimana dalam penelitian ini adalah penambahan jumlah pekerja. Pemborong mengharapkan rencana proyek dapat dipercepat minimal 30 hari kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Constraint Programming dan Genetic Algorithm, dimana metode Constraint Programming akan diberi batasan jumlah iterasi, mengingat sangat banyaknya kombinasi persentase penambahan yang ada. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan dua evaluasi yaitu nilai cost slope, yaitu kerugian per hari yang timbul akibat adanya percepatan, dan lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi persentase terbaik. Dihasilkan bahwa dalam kasus ini, metode Genetic Algorithm lebih baik daripada Constraint Programming, ditinjau dari nilai cost slope dan lama waktu untuk mendapatkan kombinasi persentase terbaik. ============================================================================================ A construction project has a plan and implementation schedule to limit the completion time of a job. But sometimes plans and implementation schedules that have been made were not match in the field, resulting in delays in project completion. There are two significant constraints for project implementation, time and cost. In this research, efforts will be made to accelerate projects that have not been implemented yet, taking into account the time and cost (crashing), in this research will be the addition of the number of workers. Contractor expects the project plan can be accelerated at least 30 working days. The methods used are Constraint Programming and Genetic Algorithm, where the Constraint Programming method will be limited by the number of iterations, since the number of combinations is very large. In this study, goodness of method will be evaluated by the value of the cost slope, which is the loss per day due to acceleration, and the length of time required to get the best percentage combination. It was found that in this case, the method of Genetic Algorithm is better than Constraint Programming, in terms of cost slope value and the length of time to get the best percentage combination.
