Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan akan energi listrik memberikan tantangan bagi pihak penyedia untuk menyediakan energi listrik dengan biaya pembangkitan seminimal mungkin yang di masa kini solusinya diperoleh dari sumber energi terbarukan, salah satunya adalah energi angin. Integrasi dari tenaga angin pada sistem tenaga akan memberikan dampak pada operasi ekonomis sistem. Di sisi lain, penambahan pembangkit tenaga angin memunculkan masalah baru dalam perencanaan sistem tenaga, yakni karena sifat intermittent dari tenaga angin yang mana menghasilkan sejumlah energi yang bergantung pada kecepatan angin di lokasi pembangkitan. Sifat ketidakpastian dari tenaga angin ini membuat keluaran daya yang tidak stabil dari pembangkit tenaga angin. Pada tugas akhir ini, masalah Optimal Power Flow (OPF) diselesaikan pada sistem yang terintegrasi dengan pembangkit tenaga angin, dengan tujuan untuk meminimalkan biaya pembangkitan dengan mengaplikasikan algoritma Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO). Ketidakpastian tenaga angin telah dimodelkan menggunakan distribusi weibull yang diterapkan pada biaya tambahan sesuai dengan keadaan underestimation dan overestimation, dimana daya yang tersedia lebih tinggi dan lebih rendah dari daya keluaran yang dijadwalkan masing-masing. ========================================================================================= Increasing the demand for electricity gives a challenge for suppliers to supply electricity with the lowest possible costs, which at present the solution is obtained from renewable energy sources, one of which is wind energy . The integration of wind power into the power system will lead to impact on the economic operation of the system. On the other side, by the addition of this wind power, new problems come up in the power system planning, namely because of the intermittent nature of wind power which produces fluctuating amounts of energy depending on wind speed at the location. The uncertainty nature of wind power makes the unstable power output from the wind power plant. In this paper, the problem of optimal power flow (OPF) is solved in a system integrated with wind power plant, with the aim of recuding cost of power generation by applying the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) Algorithm. The uncertainty has been modeled using weibull distribution which is applied to additional cost components corresponding to states of under estimation and over estimation, where the available power is higher and lower than the scheduled output power, respectively.
