Abstract
Gedung Pusat Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu (PPJT) merupakan salah satu cardiac center rujukan yang berada di Jawa Timur. Pelayanan kardiovaskular yang sebelumnya tersebar di beberapa gedung di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, kini dirangkap menjadi satu gedung dengan konsep One Stop Service, di mana semua pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kardiovaskular terletak di satu gedung saja sehingga pasien terlayani secara lebih efisien. Salah satu program kerja yang dimiliki Poliklinik Gedung PPJT adalah Program Promosi Kesehatan Internal (PKMRS). Program tersebut direncanakan guna melakukan promosi kesehatan jantung di berbagai media, salah satunya adalah media elektronik.
Dalam perancangan ini dilakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak pengelola Gedung PPJT guna mengetahui kebutuhan program kerja yang diusung. Perancang juga menggunakan persona dan user journey map guna mendapatkan perspektif pasien/pengunjung yang menggunakan fasilitas Poliklinik Gedung PPJT.
Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah purwarupa kios digital interaktif dengan konsep “Your Heart Matter” dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai dan fungsi edukasi kesehatan kardiovaskular dengan pendekatan yang lebih positif dan suportif. Konten edukasi yang dimunculkan diabtasi pada pengetahuan dasar tentang penyakit jantung koroner, gagal jantung kongestif, dan tekanan darah tinggi serta pencegahannya secara umum. Dengan adanya kios ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif kegiatan positif yang ditawarkan Gedung PPJT.

Pusat Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu (PPJT) building is one of cardiac center reference in East Java. Cardiovascular services which previously spread across several area in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya, now compounded as one building with the concept of “one stop service” where all services related to cardiovascular are located in one building so that patients are served more effeciently. One of the work plan that PPJT initiates is Program Promosi Kesehatan Internal (PKMRS). The work planis planned to promote cardiovascular health in various media, one of which is electronic media.
In this design, in-depth interview and observation were conducted with the management of PPJT building to determine the needs of the work program being carried. The designer also uses persona and user journey map to get the perspective of the patients or visitors who use the polyclinic facility of PPJT building.
The result of the design is an interactive digital kiosk prototype with the concept of “Your Heart Matter” with the aim of increasing the value and function of cardiovascular health education with a more positive and supportive approach. The educational content that is brought up is based on basic knowledge about coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and high blood pressure and its prevention in general. This interactive digital kiosk is expected to be an alternative to positive activities offered by the PPJT building.
